oh backdating I love you
WHO: Sanji and Ggio
WHERE: a street somewhere
WHEN: backdated to August 9th, evening - after Sanji attempted to kick Bond's ass
WARNINGS: violence
SUMMARY: Sanji's frustrated after not being able to knock Bond out. Ggio is frustrated about other things. The two cross paths and take their frustrations out on each other. By kicking.
FORMAT: I'll set up para but fff we can quicklog that's cool
It really wasn't fair, Sanji swore to himself as he trudged his way back to the MAC, puffing profusely on his third cigarette in the last half an hour. There had to be some kind of trick, Bond's powers or whatever, that allowed him to take Sanji's blows without losing consciousness. Of course, three minutes was a pretty short time frame even for one of his fights, but he had gone in confident and come out frustrated.
He did get to put his foot in Bond's face, though. That felt good. But as he walked (he wasn't running as usual because he was pissed) he kept waffling between blaming Bond's unknown powers or himself for being weak. Zoro was right, in essence. He was behind the others. Even if the marimo was back home now, he still had Luffy and Chopper to remind him how far behind he'd fallen. That had to change.
Sanji walked with his head down, his hands in his pockets, and a stream of cigarette smoke trailing behind him. He even ignored passersby complaining about him daring to smoke in public where it was still legal, so wrapped up in his thoughts was he.

Having been stalking around the night, as he usually does when not otherwise preoccupied, he deliberately stands in Sanji's way, a dozen or so feet in front of him. Appearing seemingly out of thin air.]
Nice night, isn't it?

...oh. Skullhead. Fancy running into you, here. [not as pleasant as he usually would be]

I'm always out at night. It's the most fun time. You?

I had an appointment to keep, not that it's any of your business. [eyeing him, and puffing away on that cigarette] You want something?

[Lets off on the circling to approach Sanji from the front, only stopping when he's almost pressed up against him. Ggio knows it's annoying, unsettling. Angering. It's what he wants.]
I'm hungry, and you're not going home. Are you?
no subject
I'm pointed in that direction. [but he's not shoving past or moving, just bristling at the invasion of personal space. And maybe thinking about Luffy laughing at him for losing a fight]

[Like he's giving Sanji little choice. Ggio's reiatsu kicks up, his energy making the surrounding area feel heavier. It was rare he got to have the kind of fun that Bobbi or Tom would disapprove of, but it wasn't like they would have to know. And he doesn't care about even being concerned about them in the first place.]

You want it? I'm not just going to let you take from me, like that. Those kind of table manners are beyond rude.
[a foot shifts into place, and his hands come out of his pockets] ...but then, I get the feeling you want a fight no matter what. I'm up for that.
