Since he didn't know what the power of the hero was, his safest bet was to try to kill the man from where he was standing; at worst, the man would be saved and he'd get an idea of what he was up against.

"So he gets another chance to commit crimes?" Yuri turned to face the man and shot a bolt of fire "I don't think so."
