Well, I've got a show to perform in a few hours. Any real discussions will probably go down after that or tomorrow, at least if they were to include me. I assume everyone will be doing their own thing.

Well, if you're doing something like this, it could help to get an itinerary to the people that need it. With this many people, it's not likely to just fall in place, you gotta have a plan.
