[The week had passed by quickly and well enough. Elektra felt more like herself now that she was working. While this job might be a step down, she found herself alright with that. It was nice just to set her mind to something and do it well. A big part of getting it done right is to know who you were working with and well a nice lunch was a great bonus. Elektra offers a smile to Keiko as she opens the door for them.]

Have you ever eaten before? I know it's a little late in the day but, the bagels here are great.

I haven't. Before I took this job, I didn't come to this part of the city much.

[She smiles as they walk in, taking a curious glance around.]

I've not had many bagels either. You'll have to recommend me what to try.

I usually get the plain ones. [She gestures to them as they get in line.]

I've heard good things about blueberry.

[Elektra says playfully just as their turn comes up. She's ordering blueberry bagel and coffee.]

It is. [she laughs, ordering after her.] Next time we should try to get Annabeth out with us.

I was thinking the same thing. She seemed a little anxious about leaving the warehouse in our hands for school.

Maybe we should do some kind of team building exercise. [It sounds like she's joking and she is... mostly. It could help.]

I believe it's the first time she's been away from it in a while. I can't blame her; it looks like she put a lot of work into it.

I wonder if she'd go for something like that. [She adopts the same half-joking tone.]

It's not bad considering. [She's a high school student who doesn't seem to know much about business.]

I don't see why not. It could be like a trip somewhere. We could climb a mountain.

It'd be a good a challenge. [That's why she wants to do it.] I'd like to think Annabeth could appreciate it.

You should reconsider that. [She takes a seat.] I know we're not exactly required to play along with this superhero idea but, you never know what could happen.

I'm not really a fighter, not even back home. [She's got a pretty good back hand, but it's not much against demonic forces.] With all the powers people here have, even knowing how to fight really wouldn't be enough.

I've always been lucky with all the friends I've had to try to protect me when things happened.

Who told you that? [She leans in.] Having some kind of power doesn't mean you'll win a fight. We all have powers here.

It depends on personal strength and talent. Sometimes luck.
