OPEN
WHO: Calendar Man and OPEN!
WHERE: Public spaces, malls, shops, the MAC. Er, wherever.
WHEN: from Monday evening to Wednsday, aka: during the plot
WARNINGS: I don't think so?
SUMMARY: Alignment switch Calendar Man believes that it's his job to make every day a good one, and is theming it around the days of the week. SEE ALSO.
FORMAT: Tagger's choice!
Monday's Child:
[ Malls. Department stores. Pharmacies. Make-up departments. Whatever was open.
Calendar had his eye out for the depressed, the self-conscious, the supposedly ugly. It was his day to make the world a more beautiful place, more fair of face, no matter what. ]
Tuesday's Child:
[ It was a fine day, and Julian's priorities had shifted. It was Tuesday now, and that meant full of grace. A child trips over their bootlace, but Calendar is there to catch him. A quick word to get him to watch himself better, and Julian is on the move again, patrolling the streets, the MAC, all over, looking for the next instance of clumsiness. ]
Wednesday's Child:
[ Woe was not to had, not this day. It was time to step up his efforts. Anyone that was sad, hurt, angry - they had to be helped. Julian had to prevent woe this day, he had to fix things. He became more proactive today, determined to seek out trouble and stop it before anyone got hurt. ]
((ooc: feel free to pm me if you have questions or want to figure things out!))

He stiffens.]
...excuse me?

He leans forward, smiling.]
Don't worry. I will assist you. Everyone shall be fair of face today.

What do you want, Calendar Man? You're gonna blow my cover.
no subject
I assure you, that is the last thing I want. Your cover is safe with me.

Then let me get my shopping done.
[He moves around Day, scanning the shelves of make up.]
I thought holidays were your gig, anyway, Calendar.
no subject
Every day is my gig, and today is Monday. Today I need to make people beautiful. Don't you want to be beautiful?
no subject
Can you get me back my old face? Because I don't think you can.

Have you tried stage makeup?
no subject
I'll use that over the prosthetic latex pieces, but I still need a concealer to blend everything. This is a goddamn hassle. Did they sell out or what?
no subject
[ He backs up, to better take in the entire shelf. ]

[Scowling, he tosses the palette back on the shelf.]
I don't have time to go out gallivanting with you, as much as the idea appeals to me.

[ He spots a couple of possible matches and picks them up, then attempts to hold them up to Black Mask to check ]

I have an appointment.
[He's silent for a moment, then takes one of the palettes from Calendar Man.]
This should do the trick. I just hope it's enough...
no subject
An extra, just in case.

Thank you, Calendar Man. Y'know, you never struck me as being the altruistic type, but boy was I wrong.

So what's tomorrow? Ballerinas?
no subject
I haven't decided.
no subject
Well, good luck. And thanks once again.

[ His eyes are already scanning around for the next one to help, now that Black Mask's Fair of Face problem was settled.. ]

[Roman shoves the bag into his pocket and stalks off, feeling...pretty positive, actually.]
