Good evening Pie Hole customers and staff. A wanted Nazi warmongerer is standing in your establishment's doorway with a big smile on his face. And now he's walking in, taking a seat, and picking up a menu as casually as anything, as though he was just another patron.
"Hmmm. Difficult, very difficult. Such a tempting selection! It's going to be hard to choose, I can tell."

"Yes, hello... We're closing up in not-too-terribly-long from now, but can I get you some coffee - perhaps?"
As he goes to turn away that's when he matches the face; it might also have something to do with the Wanted poster on the Pie Hole's bulletin board. Gulp.

Only ten minutes after Ned vanishes there is the sound of silverware chiming impatiently against itself. To not even have his coffee by now is unacceptable. "Hello in there! You do remember you have a customer waiting, don't you?"

Ned is about to find out what kind of an appetite a guy can have after serving on the Eastern Front. Especially when the guy is the Major and pastries are involved.

I was thinking... [She glances toward the window.] ... it would be nice to be reborn in this country as a Terran. I also thought it was nice that I was here at all. I'm very grateful to be experiencing everything this country has to offer.... and to no longer be hated or feared by everyone I meet. I especially like that.

The truth is many would view me as an evil "monster" because I need the blood of Terrans to survive. For that I can't really blame them. It must be scary to have something out there that needs a part of you to survive.
