WHO: May Parker and Reilly Tyne
WHERE: Their apartment
WHEN: Backdated to last night
WARNINGS: Yelling?
SUMMARY: Spider-Family. We know drama.
FORMAT: Para to start, then whatever!
Peter had gathered the majority of the clan up, and while May could see the sense in it she couldn’t bring herself to leave her own apartment just yet. Not over a few phone calls, over paranoia and spider-senses going off at odd times. Not when there was family here too. So instead she sat on the couch- their couch- and braced her forehead against the palms of her hands, elbows resting on her knees.
There was something wrong here. Peter had noticed it, weeks ago. And then she’d been kidnapped and died, (but not really) and it had been forcibly pushed aside. But it couldn’t stay there. Reilly was worrying her, and it couldn’t go unnoted save for the odd, quickly ignored, comment anymore. It was time to talk.
It was just a matter of waiting until he got home.

He seemed unusually cheerful as closed the door behind him, with a wide smile on his face and his favorite blazer hanging over one shoulder. Now that he had a free hand, he dipped it into his pocket to pull out his phone. Humming as he inspected the screen for a few seconds before putting it away again.
Which was when he spotted her. And the smile faded in an instant.
"May. Is something wrong?"

She hesitated for just a moment before continuing in the face of his...cheer. That was the only word for it. Happy, smiling Reilly Tyne. Hoo boy.
Alright. Focus, Parker.
"Sit down?"

Reilly sank slowly into the couch, his eyes never leaving her face.
Licked his lips and tried to flash her a reassuring smile.
"Is something wrong?"
