[ Evan isn't answering his mirrors or his comm, and while Cold was all about ready to give a man his privacy, the whole drama on the Network, well, it gave him the chills. (rimshot)

That and Mirror Master's the only other active Rogue in the City, and Rogues need to stick together.

Walking everywhere was tiring. Well, technically he's not walking, he's taking up the sidewalk and going across rooftops, shooting ice under his feet and propelling himself forward.

Sometimes he gets off the ice to check bars (okay, he needed a drink), skeezy places, parks, the grocery store (seriously, even supervillains need to eat).
