[Alright, so Vic might be new, but hey, what's a better place to meet people than a party?

Technically, he's crashing the party right now, but it's not like anyone would really notice. There are a lot of people here and he could hide pretty easily.

Vic's got a clearly non-alcoholic drink in his hand right now, sort of sitting back, being sort of cool and watching everyone. Maybe he'll recognize someone he's already talked to?]
