Considering that it had been a total shit week, Sirius debated calling the party off a number of times. In the end, however, he figured a shit week was probably the best reason of all to have a party and get totally plastered so he went ahead and started setting up. For a guy like Sirius, setting up taking the liquor (bottles upon bottles of champagne, plus a bit whiskey and tequila) out of the cabinet and placing it somewhere people could reach it. For anyone under the age of... fifteen he had soda. Willow said she'd be bringing the fondue.

The “costume” requirement he had decided on last minute, and even then figured he wouldn't put one on and laugh at everyone who did, but come to think of it, why should he miss out on the fun? Sirius threw on a crown, wrapped himself in one of those ridiculous faux-fur robes, and put on The Clash. He proceeded to light a cigarette, take a shot or two of whiskey to start, and plop on the couch, waiting for guests.

Blue's head lifted at the sound of her voice, smiling at her. "Not at all," he said. "Hello, Felicia."

"Oh, good," she said, walking in and closing the door again, "I figured you might like some company, too. Bring a little bit of the party to you, I guess," she laughed.

"I appreciate that," Blue replied, smile warming at her laugh. "From what I have sensed, things are well enough. How are you this evening?"

"Oh, I'm just great. It's nice to see everybody having a good time, especially after all of that mess last week," she waved a paw. "There's still work and all, but getting away from it for a while is a relief."

He nodded slightly, eyes drifting to glance at the open door for a moment. "There has been a great deal of stress. Sirius was good to do something like this for these people."

"Yeah. Everybody needs to take breaks sometimes, or we'll all just wear ourselves out working, and then we won't be much good at all now will we!" she declared, shaking her head. "It was a really good idea."

Blue tilted his head thoughtfully. "I would assume a time like this would be as good as any for you to share your talent as a singer. The others would appreciate it, I am sure."

"And there's another good idea!" she said, pleased. "You're right. What's a party without some entertainment, after all? Plus I could use some extra practice before my next audition."

He nodded gently, smiling. "You have a beautiful voice. I would like to hear it again."
