WHO: Bullseye, Raven
WHERE: Some shady alleyway, on the east side of town.
WHEN: March 29th, 2 am
WARNINGS: Unhappy violence. Bullz foul mouth.
SUMMARY: Raven just happens to stumble across one of Bullseye's glorious killing sprees.
FORMAT: Whatev'
Bullseye sat idly on the edge of a building, peering down at the alleyway below. The steady thump of a beat echoed off the walls of the alley. He was currently perched over a ritzy and exotic kind of night club. One of those “gentlemen’s” clubs. Hah hah. Summed up, a bunch of lonely fatsos wanted to get their rocks off at some middle-ached skanks prancing their pancake asses around. Whatever.
The real classy part of this place was the bouncers closed the doors at midnight. He’d been sitting here for the past couple of hours (it was 2 am now), and people had come and go. No sign of security. Not that it would have mattered. This pretty much gave him the “okay” in the killing department. So now all he had to do was wait. Wait for the next couple of bozos to prance on out.
There was no rhyme or reason as to why he chose this particular place. It was just what he felt like doing for the night. Frankly, between the chaos of the “hive” and the heroes doodling around with more “important things,” Bullseye was getting bored. Now, with the relapse pains dulling, he was feeling a bit more like himself. In fact, better than he’d felt in awhile. It was like he’d just downed eight cups of coffee. He was ready to move.
Finally, he heard voice. His focus shifted to two figures coming out of the club. A man and a scantily clad woman. Haha. Seriously? He crept along the ledge of the building as they made their way through the alleyway. Finally, he took a leap, catching on the railing of a fire escape to break his fall, and then swinging down in front of the “couple.” For a moment, they stood there, completely silent. Bullseye as well was quiet, crouched down from landing. Slowly, he lifted his gaze up to the two, a wicked grin twisting up his face.
“Hey kiddos,” he hissed.
The man actually bolted first. He pivoted on one foot, whimpered to himself, and began to run.
“Oh gimme’ a break,” the assassin muttered, before drawing two darts, one in each hand. Both wrists snapped forward, in within only half a second, two darts were nailed into the man’s Achilles heels. He buckled over, screaming wildly. The woman’s shrieks soon followed.
“Okay. How’s about you shut the fuck up, bitch,” he abruptly snarled, which, surprisingly enough, silenced the woman. Meanwhile, the man was wheezing, coughing, apparently not feeling too hot over getting his feet knocked in. Well, that’s what he got for jumpin’ the shark.
“Now,” Bullseye began, in a surprisingly steady tone, “Imma’ make this easy on her.” Suddenly, he executed a quick draw, firing a shot into the woman’s head. She collapsed on the ground, dead. “But you sir,” he snorted, making his way over to the man, “You wanna make this difficult. So I’m gonna reciprocate the offer.”

It had become a ritual to her over the last week or so - tossing and turning during her initial attempts to sleep, until she grew so frustrated that she teleported out of the clocktower without a sound. It was followed by her silently stalking the shadows, allowing the cool night air to soothe her and her emotions.
The sounds of screaming at this time of night, in a place like this... well it didn't really surprise her. She had stepped in far too many times to help a scantily clad woman trying to make her way home - many times jumped by some less-than-desirable characters.
Despite it, her curiousity got the best of her when the woman's screams abruptly ceased, leaving only what might have sounded like a male... and a slightly more familiar other m--- shit.
It would've only been a matter of time, she had figured, but this wasn't what she needed to deal with right now.
Not him.
Peering around the alleyway's shadows, she caught sight of the shot to the woman's head just as it occurred, her eyes widening. Thinking about Bullseye doing these things was one thing - seeing him do them was another, and struck a rather... strange emotion in her.
However at seeing him edging closer to the man on the ground, her eyes widened - and in a moment she was gone, only to appear right behind Bullseye in a swirl of dark matter.
Dangerous, yes.
But she had dealt with danger from him before.
"Nothing better to be done at this time of night?"

Another pause.
Well, it wasn't like this fuck was going anywhere. So, he shrugged it off and turned around, slowly raising both hands. Though, the gesture was more one of mockery than actual surrender. "Well shit. You got me!" Letting out a short huff, he dropped both hands to his sides. "But seriously. You gotta rain on my parade right now? Get the fuck outta' here."

"He did nothing to harm you, or harm anyone else but himself - neither did she." her eyes slightly cast over to the woman on the ground, even if he wasn't able to see that.
"Is there any particular reason you decided to target these two, or is this simply boredom on your part? If so, you need a better hobby."
no subject
"Is that are serious question, or are you just pullin' my leg?" He snorted, his gaze casually shifting to his arm and he began idly brushing a few crumbs of dart off his suit. Clearly, he wasn't interested. "Alright, listen. I'm not in the mood for your bullshit right now. I'm not even gonna answer whatever the fuck you just said."
He promptly turned around, and drew his gun, aiming it at the man. "Wait'cher turn," he called out behind him, before pulling the trigger.

Her judgment was less than stellar it seemed.
She allowed the breath to exhale from her nostrils in at a very loud volume, enough to let him know she was hardly pleased with his actions right now, but without having to nag him on it using her words.
She slowly lowered the hood from her head, cocking an eyebrow at him the moment his eyes looked to her again.
"At least when I killed I had reason behind it."
no subject
"I got a reason," he scoffed. "It entertains me. I got a right to have a little fun too, ya know? 'scuse me for not likin' tiddlywinks and old maid."
The armed hand rested on his side. His finger still hovered over the trigger. Though, he hadn't taken the safety off yet. Still, he didn't reholster it. "What's the point in having a reason behind everything? Fuck that."
... XD sorry, I wasn't content with what I had written.
A twisted answer, but an honest answer regardless. Like whenever they had spoken before, she could at least know that whatever he would say would be straight-forward, without hiding anything - there was nothing she hated more than someone hiding something from her.
A sore topic for her mind to be mulling over at that moment...
She would pray to Azar to protect the souls that had departed from the bodies at a later time - perhaps that would make up for the fact she hadn't helped save their lives. A slim shot in the dark, but...
She sighed, shifting her weight to her other leg as her eyes lifted to look at him.
"How has the pain been for you?" she asked the question as if she was talking to one of the titans, or perhaps even Peter himself. "Gotten better, worse?"
NO PROBLEM!
"Pain's great," he blurted sarcastically. He obviously didn't want to pursue any small-talk with her. "Just dandy. I haven't felt like this in awhile. See, back at home-sweet-home, I was havin' a little trouble doin' what I do best. Now? It's a buffet, and a fucking ball at that, and I got no goddamn migraine makin' it worse, thanks to you." He let out a faint snicker, his gaze narrowing. "Yeeeep. All this. Thanks to you."
no subject
As the words played over and over again in her head, she felt her muscles tense, then sharply looked away from him while gritting her teeth.
All she could manage was to hiss through them.
"I see."
YOU AND YOUR SPEEDY TAGS HOW DO YOU DO IT
Bullseye's grin spread even wider, lips stretching back to bare all of his teeth.
Finally.
He began making his way toward her. His figure passed under a beam of the streetlight and he stopped, standing directly in front of it, shadowing him out into an empty silhouette. "So what are ya gonna do? Let these two bodies rot here? I ain't gonna do nothin' with 'em. And I mean... you could just wait for some other schmuck to stumble across it all. Then what? Your super-pals swan on in and clean up your mess?"
EIGHT YEARS MSN-CHATROOM ROLEPLAYING XD
And she would deal with it - possibly seeing if she could find a way to properly bury these two innocent souls that she, in a way, had slain. She felt her hands begin to shake, and immediately clenched both fists to the point that her nails dug into her own hands.
... it was happening again...
She was hurting others again.
She had tried so hard not to...
"... I do not regret healing you of your pain." an honest truth slipping from her lips.
no subject
"And I never asked if you did." His tone was chilly and heartless. It was as if he'd gotten his amusement out of her and now was entirely disinterested and unsympathetic. This of course, would be an entirely accurate observation.
He paused, and the smile began tugging at his lips again. Suddenly, he holstered the gun. His hands clapped together. "You know what? I was thinkin' I was just gonna put you out of your misery tonight, and you could, ya know, be reborn as a fat cow or whatever. But I wanna play a little longer. I'm gonna stand here and wait. Another stupid shit or two should be prancin' on by eventually and I'm gonna kill 'em. Umm... and yeah. That's pretty much it."
no subject
She hesitated before continuing to speak before lifting her eyes to him again, a dangerous light hitting them after his unemotional, biting remarks at her. She slowly released her fists, one of the nails having caused a cut in one of her palms - she still did not notice the pain... even if she would later.
"Why I should not deal with you right now? You truly have no idea what I am capable of - I could turn you into a lifeless shell, and do with you as I please for the night."
"Your last hit was a lucky shot that I was not ready for. I will not be as... unprepared... this time around."
no subject
Footsteps. Two people again.
He flicked the safety off, his grip tightening around the gun.
Closer. Nearing the corner. Thirty seconds, maybe less, they'd be there. It sounded like two males this time, drunkenly chatting amongst each other and babbling away. Well, at least they'd go down with happy memories.
Then, in a low, detached and sickeningly giddy tone, he began to sing. Yes. Sing. "She'll be comin' round the mountain when she coooomes, she'll be comin' round the mountain when she cooomes." Slowly, he began lifting his gun, arm stretched out, pointing toward the corner. Though, his gaze was still entirely focused on Raven.

It was a split second decision to envelop herself in a cloud of dark aura, only to appear not even an inch away from his form an instant later. She did not touch him - however she stood close enough that if either of them as much as fidgeted, she would be.
With every word she spoke, her breath washed over his face.
"I would advise you to be wise about the choice you are about to make. I follow no-one's rules - only my own."
no subject
At that moment, the two men rounded the corner, their eyes resting dead-on the scene. His finger rapidly pulled the trigger, twice. If she didn't stop him, the shots would be dead on. Drilling through the center of both the man's head. If she did... well then shit. He didn't like missing.
no subject
She did not know of the bullets had impacted their targets or not. She would have to return later for that knowledge.
But for right now, they stood in the park they had first met one another in - a shrill raven's cry filling the air as the powers of her teleportation began to fade away into the night air.
"By Azar I swear!" she shrieked loudly at him, using the hands still on his chest to abruptly shove him backwards a few steps, into the railing of the gazebo. She turned away from him only briefly, a hand on her forehead as she gathered herself.
Just as quickly she turned again, fire raging in her eyes.
"Am I that enjoyable to play around with?!"
no subject
... the laughter abruptly stopped as soon as he realized they were in the park.
"Oh you bitch," he snarled as he staggered back against the railing. "You bitch! You stole my fuckin' kill!" This peeved him even more. He didn't get to see the outcome. Meaning he didn't get to enjoy the satisfaction of knowing they were either dead, suffering, or still alive.
The assassin took a step forward and growled. "Listen, cunt, you got NOTHIN' on me. You're the one who's been loungin' around while I do my thing. And yeah, it's pretty goddamn hilarious! It's pathetic. And you know why I do it? Because you piss me off. Your logic don't make NO sense. I just like to see how sorry you feel for me when I'm in action, knowin' that you've been helpin' me all the live-long-way! HAH! Are you that surprised?"
no subject
"Because from the very moment I laid eyes on you, you have not been able to stop enraging me!"
"Do you think I care how 'hilarious' you seem to think I am? How 'pathetic' you think I am? I don't!" her cloak waved in a non-existent breeze, the longer she allowed her heavy emotions to take reign of her. "My logic makes sense to anyone with any concept of human life and what it holds!"
SORRY THAT TOOK FOREVER
Bullseye folded his arms, tapping his foot impatiently as she (as he saw it) proceeded in lecturing him. Though he wasn't making it obviously clear, he was listening, all while rolling his eyes. If he were any saner, he wouldn't continue to push the situation but she was the last person on this planet who would intimidate him.
"Yeah, yeah, yeah. You don't give a damn but here you are, screamin' my ear off like a bitch in heat. And by the way?" He let out a short laugh. "I'm plenty aware of what human life holds, which is what makes it so goddamn entertaining. I'm not pickin' apart my pet hamster no more, sweetheart, and I got sick of burnin' down ant hills when I was five. Sooo... you're a dumb bitch. Yeeep."
IT'S OKAY I WAS TAGGIN PETER
... an odd move on her part, it even seemed to surprise her as she quickly withdrew her hand, eyes a bit wide.
She could have attacked him, took hold of him and drained him of every emotion known to human kind, but... she had smacked him. ... Interesting.
She had to regain her composure to be able to react further.
"... I have had enough of this from you, and from any of the others." she fumed a bit, enough to keep up appearances, "I will be keeping my eye on you - do not think I won't 'steal your kill' again if I witness you doing something like this."
no subject
Bullseye's gaze narrowed at the last comment, unamused. His expression hardened abruptly, entirely serious at this point. He took a couple another step forward, moving dangerously close now. "Listen here," he growled harshly, "You stay the hell outta' my business. I don't take kindly to people pokin' their heads around in stuff that don't concern them. Especially bitches. Ask around about the last couple o' gals that tried to pull the same shit with me. You're lucky I don't pop one in your right here and now."
no subject
She gave a near smug look at him - leaning forward just slightly to force herself a bit more into his face.
"Also, keep in mind that you cannot fly. I could simply grab you again, teleport into the air, and drop you directly onto the concrete if I so desired. I'm sure I would be praised for that by many a hero."
no subject
The last comment made him snort. After chuckling for a moment, he let out a short sigh and shook his head. "You dumb cunt. I'm guessin' you missed all the tangents and boohoos that happened last time some of yous heroes went tooling around, killin' us "bad guys." My guess is they'd just dump your ass outta' the Scooby Gang."
no subject
... they were doing it again - what they usually did when they conversed. It was like a strange game, seeing who could overpower the other one via dialogue until they both came out at another stalemate.
"Please. Where do you get this ridiculous idea that I am part of some circle of heroes? I may belong to a team, but I am already working outside of them and rarely affiliate myself."
no subject
"I get this ridiculous idea when I see you diddlin' around, askin' for their opinions on shit. HAH, what was it?" He snorted, obviously mocking her. "That one where you were babbling about, askin' what makes a person a jackass or a sucker? Or whatever way you worded it. Heee." He shook his head slowly. "You do your own thing, like eeeverybody else here, but in the end you're still one of them."
He took another step forward, closing the space between them entirely at this point. "And you know what? I know you ain't gonna lay a finger on me. You didn't back there, when I was killin' all those people. The only thing you've done is made me feel good when I got some real bad headaches. The reason I haven't put a goddamn bullet between your eyes yet is because you can't kill me. Whenever I need your "services," you're gonna be there. Only thing is, I gotta figure out how to train you so you won't be buggerin' around in my fuckin' business."
no subject
"The post that you are referring to was open to everyone, hero or villain; if you plan to insult me for something, have your facts straight first."
She took a slight breath at how close he had become - it was one thing when she initiated that, but a complete other when he did. "You are such a fool, and you haven't even a clue." she narrowed her eyes up at him, slowly pushing back the hood of her cloak to let him see her complete face.
"You do not train the daughter of an inter dimensional demon, you imbocile - regardless of what measures you take. Heroes have tried, villains have tried, demons have tried. When I feel like you are no longer beneficial to myself, then I will deal with you."
no subject
Bullseye wasn't buying a word of what she was saying. Perhaps it was due to his own ever-expanding ego. Freedom to him, meant he could do whatever he wanted. He was an unstoppable force, perpetually in motion until something stood in his way. When that came up, he'd deal with it the same way he dealt with everything else.
"Yadda yadda, I'm an idiot blah blah. You think I haven't heard all this shit before? Jesus Christ lady, I take out people like you for a living. You got no idea. Shooting webs outta' your fingers, breathing fire, and flying don't make you immortal. Whatever. Not like you're gonna believe me anyway. Heh heeeh... I'll make it up to you." He rose one finger, wagging it disdainfully in her face. "Don't you worry."
"Anyway. I've already got somethin' on you. Takin' me out to this here gazebo for jolly ol' nighttime chats like this. Havin' you intervene in my business. And the healing thing. You're gonna keep that up and I know it. Sounds to me like you already got a few tricks down. Wanna cookie?"
no subject
For whatever reason, midway through his ramble, her eyes narrowed, the air around her feeling somewhat colder if for no other reason than the slight bit of rage that had now implanted itself into her mind. An obvious overreaction to something for anyone who was able to see her.
"You have no idea who you are even dealing with!" she took one step into him, pressing herself against him for a moment to cause him to step backward. "There are certain individuals I will not see you harm in this city, and who, if you even consider touching them, I fear for your very soul."
A hint of red flashed across her face - a brief threatening of four eyes instead of two glowing in the night as she took another step into him. "I refuse to be insulted by the likes of a pitiful human who gets off on the poured blood of innocents and heroes. I have bigger fish to fry - bigger forces at play here. However I will not hesitate to kill you---"
A pause as she lifted herself up to come a mere inch from his face, hissing out her words with a demonic inflection, "--- if you touch those I have put my claim on. And I will enjoy watching your lifeless carcass slowly ooze out the very blood that had given you your life."
no subject
"Like who? Chances are, I've already got the hit on them. Even more so are the chances that I've already beaten the shit outta' 'em at least once. And see, that means I've already pissed on them waaaay before you, sweetcheeks. People who get away from me? My territory. So technically, you're prancin' around in my shit."
no subject
"You may have had a failed shot at draining their life away, but mark my words, the day I came into this City was the day your reign over them ended." she continued to seethe, finding herself levitating upwards just slightly to be a perfect eye level with him. "They are mine, and I will not have you trying to spill their blood in a pointless attempt at making your cock grow two sizes. I have need of them."
However she smirked, a slight chuckle making it's way out of her throat. "However I am not a fool - in telling you their names I will be putting myself in the position of having to kill you shortly after. You are enough of an idiot to immediately run and attack, simply to spite me in some twisted game you play."
no subject
"Alright, alright," he said casually, the smirk never vanishing. He took a few steps back, his hands up in protest. "You got me. I'd just mosey my way on over and start taking 'em out one by one. Sooo... I guess I'm just gonna have to start guessin'."
He turned his back on her, preparing to leave. "Go ahead and watch me all you want, bitch. You gotta take a nap sometime. Gotta keep an eye on your pals too. Too bad you can't watch 'em all at once.."
no subject
"I have given you ample warning about this - if you decide not to heed it then it is simply your funeral. I will not hesitate to destroy you - that is, unless you piss another off first." she rather innocently tapped her bottom lip with one finger as she looked upwards at the sky.
"There are plenty of those here who would not appreciate being messed around with - ones that could easily overpower you, but see you as nothing more than an insignificant fool."
no subject
He began walking away, casually waving a hand as he did so. "Your threats don't mean nothin' to me, sweetheart. Keep it up though. It's cute."
no subject
"And keep up that precious tough-ass act as well. I find your pety insults to be rather adorable in the middle of the night."
FFFF THAT EXTRA I NIX IT I CAN'T LOG IN CURSES
