SUMMARY: Vulcanus tries to blow up a collection of buses around the City in order to incite anti-imPort rioting; Lachesis mixes things up again. see here for details.

Each bus will have a labeled thread in the comments. To recap:

Bus W will explode. Lachesis will teleport these ImPorts to a location near the bus just after it explodes. Those who are assigned to this bus, you must be the heroes that the City demands. The damage will carve a hole in the street, and civilians are at risk for debris/fires/etc.

Bus X will yank imPorts inside of it and induce a week-long power switch. From 8/21 at 12 PM to the following Tuesday, 8/28 at 12 PM, characters will have their powers switched with another ImPort passenger. All characters on this bus have their new powers assigned.
Correction: this bus is located in Brooklyn.

Bus Y will yank imPorts inside of it for one minute, and then transport its imPorts to the demon dimension until midnight. Envision Dante's Inferno as the setting, but with the twist that ANYTHING CHARACTERS IMAGINE WILL MANIFEST IN THE WORST WAY POSSIBLE.

Bus Z will yank imPorts inside of it for one minute, and then with a LOUD SCREECHING NOISE, it will infect imPort minds with radio signals, songs, dialogue, AND IMPORTANT PLOT-RELATED INFORMATION THAT VULCANUS DOESN'T WANT YOU TO KNOW for the rest of that day. There is no way to turn this off for the entire day. ImPorts will be returned to their prior locations at the end of one minute. All characters on this bus have their unique mental broadcasts assigned.

"Lets see out getting off this bus." She worked to pull herself to her feet. Once standing she rubbed her face. She was starting to feel a little claustrophobic.

[governorkang]

Kang nodded, muttering a few more curses, and stood up as well, "How do you humans deal with this? I feel like I'm blind."

[wisecracked]

"You sound like Dyson." Kenzi said with a soft laugh. "You get used to it." She reached to grab his arm, both to help guide him if he needed it and to stop herself from shaking. Although the shaking didn't stop. If Kang had lost his powers that might have meant she had as well. And that scared her.

"Just follow me I guess."

[governorkang]

"You're not hurt, are you?" Kang could feel the shaking, and he frowned, concern for Kenzi overriding his own panic.

[wisecracked]

She shakes her head and forces a smile. "I'm fine, dude. Really." As she began to make her way toward the doors she realized there were several other imPorts on the bus not just locals.

[governorkang]

That... was definitely odd. And, on further inspection, the imPorts he recognized seemed surprised to even be on the bus while the natives seemed surprised people had appeared on the bus.

Kang looked at Kenzi. "Have you noticed?"

[wisecracked]

She gave a slow nod. "Yeah. Freaky faed up shit is going on here."

[governorkang]

"Yeah," Kang nodded, heading for the door the best he could in the crowd. Was it this Vulcanus group, some other person with ill intent, or just an accident with someone's powers messing up?

[wisecracked]

Kenzi tried to make a path, not exactly easy when everyone was so disorientated. She honestly wasn't too worried about the how or the why she was more worried about her powers. She'd grown so used to having them that she couldn't imagine going back to not having them.

[governorkang]

At times like this, Kang wished Granak was around. He was excellent at making a path. Eventually, they did manage to make it to the door and exit the bus, joining the few that had already done so.

"This is only a block from where I was," he noticed, recognizing one of the buildings.

[wisecracked]

She looked around as well before nodding. "Yeah. I wasn't too far either, getting myself from breakfast. ...Which I lost on the bus." Pout, pout, pout.

[governorkang]

"A very late breakfast," Kang commented, giving Kenzi an amused look before becoming serious again. "Do you think everyone pulled on the bus was in this area as well?"

[wisecracked]

She slapped his arm before finally releasing her hold on him.

"I don't know, maybe. I didn't spend the time to ask around." she answered, shaking her head. There were still too many people around for her to attempt using her powers so she'd just have to wait to see.

[governorkang]

Feigning pain from the slap (made obvious from the small grin), Kang checked to make sure he hadn't left his bag on the bus, "Where were you headed?"

[wisecracked]

Kenzi was used to Hale the feigning pain after she hit him so she let it slide. "After eating I was going to head out to my warehouse to train." Yeah 'her' warehouse. She claimed it.

She gave her pack a jostle to make sure it still felt the same. It did.

[governorkang]

"Your telekinesis?" Kang glanced down at his watch for the time.

[wisecracked]

She nodded. "Yup. It's kind of out of the way so I don't have to worry about a native coming across me."

[governorkang]

"Smart," Kang nodded. "I'm on my lunch break from orientation. I'm being trained on how to use the construction tools here."

[wisecracked]

"Oh. Well I guess you should get back to that." She smiles and takes a few steps away from him. "I need to get some food in me before I pass out, again."

[governorkang]

Kang laughed, "We don't want that. Let me know if anything else strange happens, or if you find out what caused the bus incident. I'll do the same."

[wisecracked]

"Will do, talk to you later." She shot him a smile before heading off toward the nearest place to eat. She didn't care what it was at this point.
