If you walk without rhythem

WARNINGS: THIS IS GOING TO BE REALLY DEPRESSING.
SUMMARY: Davesprite gets to break some depressing news.
[After the long day Davesprite had, he wasn't really ready to deal with this right now. But he owed it to John to keep him up to date on the Vriska front, after their huge disagreement over her. He still wasn't a hundred percent ok with Vriska in general, but a lot of recent happenings had been enough to sway his opinion a bit. He didn't utterly loathe her, and he certainly didn't wish her fate on anyone.
He didn't bother shifting back out of spriteform. He was utterly exhausted from how much flying he had done, plus all the accelerating he did to try and speed up his search. None of it had been enough. Vriska was dead, Karkat was who the fuck knew where, and Nill had nearly died herself. So Dave is taking up at least four chairs in the waiting room carelessly -- or at least he had been, until he got shooed outside by a nurse. That was fine too. The bracing breeze of the evening woke him up a bit.
His spirograph was covered with a fresh coat of blood -- Nill's, joining his brother's that he had never cleared away. The symbol itself was almost impossible to see amongst the red that covered it. He takes a long moment to steel himself, looking down the road and waiting for the little blue blur to appear.]

What?! No! Don't go near him until Karkat is back. In fact, you should watch Nill and watch out for Karkat while I go find Gamzee.
