though I've never been through hell like that
WHO: THE SENTRY and ALEX AARON
WHERE: Around.
WHEN: Tuesday the 28th.
WARNINGS: Fear things, probably.
SUMMARY: So there was that time that the Sentry killed a God...
FORMAT: Quick? Whichever works best.
For the past week or so, Bob had been drifting. Paranoid, wary, his skin still prickling with memories of his wife turning into his nightmares and something dark and evil clawing its way out of his head, he patrolled the streets carefully hoping for distraction. He hovered a few feet above the street, flying slowly and surveying everything with bright, golden eyes to keep all the shadows away.
He would be prepared this time.

For a moment, he was frozen. Alex initially blamed the president for allowing the death of his father to occur, but Osborn was to blame too. And, well, the Sentry was the hand that did the deed, the one covered in a god's blood. That meant he was equally responsible for a wound that had yet to heal for Alex.
Words did not have to be exchanged to express his feelings toward the Sentry, his eyes said it all.

"Can I help you with anything?"

Though Alex never imagined coming face to face with the Sentry, he was already dead to him. Knowing that, he was almost at a loss, but the death of his father wasn't something that Alex easily could let go of.
"You, help?" he questioned bitterly. "I doubt it."

"If there's a problem, I'm sure that I could."

And as if to challenge the Sentry, he also took a step closer toward him. "You may think you have everything under control now," he said quietly. "But for how long?"
no subject
"I don't know what you mean," he said, sternly, though hesitantly.
