SUMMARY: Davesprite decided he wanted to go to a strip club, and Vriska and Nill decided they wanted to go to a regular club. The clubs are at different times so if you want characters to go to both, go for it!

[She looks at the empty glasses then back over at the bar before looking up at Tav.]

Well, how do you feel? Feeling anything weird? Because if not one more couldn't hurt. [At least she didn't think so.]

[uhhh]

I don't feel weird.

[ which will ultimately lead to his undoing, later in the night. "don't feel it, don't feel it, don't feel it, oh crap I'm wasted." but for now, he's as oblivious as can be. ]

[dogwitch]

[Yup, it's a horrible thing to base it on and Jade probably should have done some reading on what being drunk would feel like so she had a better idea. But she didn't. Oops. Thing were probably going to get messy.]

Then I'll get us a another round. [She rises to get them more drinks and isn't gone long. She hands Tavros another of the same drink from before then settles back on the couch.]

[uhhh]

[ he thanks her and tries to take this one a little slower just to make it last, which is quite hard because it's so yummy.

but he can start by making some more conversation. because really, between getting to talk to Jade one-on-one in person and having a nice drink, the better choice is just too obvious. ]

So did you, do much dancing yet? I guess that's kind of the important thing that people are supposed to do here.

[dogwitch]

[Jade takes a sip before shaking her head.]

Heh, no. I'm kind of terrible at it. And while I suppose I wouldn't normally care what everything thinks of my dancing I guess being more grown up makes me care.

[uhhh]

I bet you're not that bad. At least, there are probably other individuals here that would be worse, so, you would look better by comparison.

[dogwitch]

Well, even then it's no fun to dance alone. And with your horns it probably wouldn't be the best idea for you to join me. [She smiles and gives a little shrug.] I think I'm good with just sitting here though.

[uhhh]

Yeah, uh, heh, me too.

[ that is just one risk he isn't willing to take. unless someone really wanted him to but even then, it's just so dangerous. ]

I don't really think that, a club is the best kind of place for me to be doing any hanging out. At least, on a regular basis, probably.

[dogwitch]

[She gives a small chuckle and shifts a little closer to him.]

Every once and a while wouldn't hurt. Personally I don't think a club is the best place for me either.

[uhhh]

[ a faint laugh on his end too, adjusting his drink on his lap and then deciding to just sip it, instead. ]

It's just so, loud and crowded.

[dogwitch]

[She nods.]

Much too loud, really. Vriska tried to give me a pair of earplugs earlier...they looked used.

[uhhh]

That's pretty gross. [ he makes a face. ] I hope, I don't end up running into her.

[dogwitch]

It is...

[She gives him a curious look.] That bad, huh?

[uhhh]

[ and he looks somewhere else. ]

It's, complicated.

[dogwitch]

[Jade reaches over and places her hand on his with a little smile on her face.]

It's okay. I'm not going to ask you to talk about it.

[uhhh]

[ he's in the middle of nice long sip at his drink when that happens. luckily this whole new mature adult thing stops him from completely spazzing out about it, but he does definitely take a pause and raise his eyebrows. and then smiles a little bit. ]

[Jade smiles brightly and for a few moments doesn't remove her hand. And then it hits her her hand is still there so she quickly pulls it away and lowers her head in an attempt to hide her blush. Okay, maybe the drink is starting to affect her now.]

[uhhh]

[ there's definitely a faint tan tinge to Tavros' face that wasn't there earlier, that's for sure. he seems to be holding his liquor remarkably well for a first-timer but his gigantic size is probably to thank for it. ]

You didn't have to, move your hand. I mean, uhh, I don't mind.

[dogwitch]

[She takes a breath and looks back up at him.]

No. I shouldn't...we shouldn't be doing this. I mean, I said all that about us not really knowing each other and meant it. I mean you're really nice and attractive... [She trails off and shakes her head before looking down at her drink. It has to be the drink.]

[uhhh]

[ attractive?? he looks down at his drink, too, for lack of anywhere else to be looking that isn't at Jade. ]

But, uhh, I mean, we're not really doing anything? Just, a thing that to an adult isn't a big deal, so, as adults, we don't have to treat it like one.

[dogwitch]

[Attractive and he has an impressive rack.]

No I guess not but it's still kind of...weird. I mean, I think the younger you is cute but I still don't know you that well. [Shutting up and drinking her drink...which probably isn't the greatest idea.]

[uhhh]

You, really think that?

[ oh no his dokis are showing. ]

[If it were possibly for her face to turn any more red than it already was...]
