( Damian Wayne, whether purposefully or not, is usually an unusual sight. Today seems to be no exception, as the young man is currently walking down a city street with a bag from the pet store tucked under one arm and narrow-eyed black cat perched on his shoulder. Damian himself doesn’t seem to make much of this; his hands are tucked into the pockets of his red hoodie, and he’s keeping his eyes on his sneakers as he makes his was down city blocks.
There’s a reason the cat is with him, of course. A boy of strange sensibilities, Damian doesn’t like buying pet food his pets haven’t selected. So Rook, the cat, had come along and Damian had supposedly understood which brand of food to buy. A strange ritual, but one he’s been using for the entirety of the year and the half he’s been in the City. )
