WHO: Rider and Archer
WHERE: The park
WHEN: The 16th, right after their last thread.
WARNINGS: Power levels over 9000?
SUMMARY: Two Servants walk into a park...

[After their most recent conversation, Rider has been waiting in the park. As a member of the Rider class, getting there quickly was no trouble, so of course he arrived first. The problem was the waiting.
He really should have brought a beer.]

Rider.
[He approaches without fuss, only with his communicator held out, turned to a particular entry.]
You like new information, right?
The enemy's shown his face. One of them, at least.

What a pain in the ass. He's giving up already?
no subject
Would he be doing it if he didn't have an escape route? I'm not so sure.

The question is, if it was truly his entire goal.

I went over that post. That's the kind of guy who's determined to keep causing trouble.
The kind of being, I should say.

This is a start.
[Because a good dozen or so swords are poised just outside their branches now, waiting to be released.]

Oh, you fought that hero-king.

I won't be fighting you for the world. I'm not interested in it.
[A wave of his hand.]
Well, what I can do isn't the same as what he can do. But it's close.

Well, it feels rude to to not show you mine in return, but it drains too much prana to show without a need.

[He holds out his hands one moment, and the black and white swords are in them the next, held comfortably on guard as if to fight for just a moment. Then they're gone again, and his arms fall back to his side.]
What can I say? I'm a completist.
But for that, I'll need to see some kind of hint, Rider. Don't ruin Central Park or anything...but I want to know.

My Noble Phantasm is the essence of my legend, the actualization of my ideals, the path I walked as king. It is a call across space and time, so that those legends, my true friends, who fought alongside me and shared in my glory, in my joys and sorrows, will break free from the bonds of death and meet me. And in that endless desert, we will wage war on my enemies once more.
My entire army, after all, is just as legendary as I myself.

That's some Noble Phantasm. Some guys stick to just a weapon or something, you know.

Though it may be moot, if this man truly has given up now. If he has not, I believe it may be the perfect counter to his abilities.
no subject
How is that, Rider?
[From the look in his eyes he has some inkling--but he wants to hear it.]

I guess you know this, but you really think like a conqueror.
So I've lent you my swords. Use them as you will.

I'll learn more about where the authorities are taking him, Rider, and if it will truly be enough to contain him.

[Kind of alarmed here because from what he knows of history, the alternatives are either "slaughter half the population of Staten Island" or "wildest party ever in the most popular gay bar in the City."]

Hm, there's something special that I can do here for it. But I can't give away all my secrets so easily.

We'll talk again when I have more information.
