WHO: Anyone unfortunate enough to be in a public place today. (also Nepeta)

WHEN: February 14, all day.
WARNINGS: SLOPPY MAKEOUTS and other various romantic shenanigans.
SUMMARY: Nepeta's emotions have gotten away from her on her first Valentine's Day, and when you've got pheromone powers that means everyone around you is going to pay the price for it.
FORMAT: Quick to start, but you guys can do whatever you like idc.
[wherever you are today, whatever you're doing, you may find yourself suddenly feeling a bit...different. that barista serving your coffee has never looked more kissable. the mental health of the landlord that you usually threaten to throw off the Brooklyn Bridge is of the utmost importance to you. you might even want to crush the dreams of your best friend and then kiss their bitter tears away.
