[As promised Kenzi arrives at the restaurant a little before seven (like five before); which is a feat given how often she's usually late. Since it would be out of place at this restaurant she hasn't gone all out on the dress up and hasn't overdone it with some stylish hairdo, just simple large loose curls. Simple yet stylish.

After coming through the door she quickly locates Gil and makes an attempt to sneak up on him. Although if he had any sense he would have been keeping his eyes on the door.]

A'ight. [She slips closer to him and plants a kiss on his cheek if he doesn't move away first.] Thanks for the night.

[ It's only after she's kissed him and his face burns that he pulls away, clapping a hand over where she just kissed. ]

Um...! You're-- You're welcome?

[ At least he didn't turn and run, although physical affection is still a mystery to him. ]

She grins at him and gives a little wave before stepping into her apartment.]

[ He doesn't know what the etiquette is for these dates. Is he supposed to kiss her back? That's too much pressure...

Instead, he awkwardly waves and backs out of the doorway. ]

[Usually yes, but Kenzi doesn't look like she's expecting a kiss in return. She gives him one more smile before closing the door.]
