I didn't lie to you
WHO: Oswald (and Percival) and April (and Horatio)
WHERE: The city streets
WHEN: late afternoon on Monday!
WARNINGS: None yet!
SUMMARY: Animal people...
FORMAT: Quick!
[ The day really was shaping up quite nicely, if anyone asked Oswald. Business was good, despite all adversity, and he continued to rake in the money. Oswald was doing well, and he liked it. There was nothing that could be wrong with things right now, or at least he thought. Now mind, he wasn't often so pleased, but something about the day put him in a good mood. Enough that he was willing to walk out in the City, Percival in his hands while he swung his umbrella. The bird was trapped as an umbrella at the moment, still in his hands, but after a while, about fifteen minutes into his walk, he let Percival shape into a bird again.
The bird shifted, letting his feathers flutter and catch the wind, the sharp gaze of a bird of prey looking over the sidewalk with a look that said very clearly that he was looking for prey.
Ozzie did love this bird. And with good reason. Their personalities were so complimentary. ]

no subject
I can assure you that he does not.
[ He looked at the creature, the Raccoon, and Percival was already turning with a sharp, bird's gaze, head turning awkwardly, crest and feathers ruffled as he looked at Horatio. He made a soft protest, something more akin to a whistle than anything else. Unfitting, coming from the creature it just had come from. ]
Shoo! Go away!
[ He was speaking to the raccoon, who looked more interested in Percival still. ]
