When the worst possible thing happens. Rocketing upwards with tremendous speed... he suddenly feels himself losing thrust. Losing maneuverability. Losing power. Starting to freeze.
It's only when he hits an upward arc of motion that he realizes what's going on. He's becoming human again!
With no control, no ability to fly and no way to avoid it, the now tiny speck in the sky careens down like a bullet from out of the blue. Crashing through a skyscraper more than five miles away on his way to landing in a crater on E. 53rd Street.
