WHO: Aoshi & Shockwave
WHERE: A little tea shop place.
WHEN: BACKDATED. To Monday (the 6th) afternoon~
WARNINGS: None. Just lots of tea drinking.
SUMMARY: Aoshi and Shockwave both like tea. Thus it is only logical that they go hang out and drink some tea. Also probably talk about modern technology.
FORMAT: idk para or quicklog. WHATEVER WORKS.
It had been the result of simply wanting to take a break, that Shockwave responded to a post about wanting to learn about modern technology on the network. When the organic had replied asking for lessons he had been hesitant. Did he have time for something like that, did he even want to help - he was a Decepticon after all, not an Autobot - and providing lessons would not benefit him. Still, for one reason or another, he had agreed.
Hn. Perhaps this being could prove useful in the future.
Of course, then came the mention of tea. How strange that he found the beverage to be so pleasant.
So he had met up with the human, given a basic lesson, had tea. It had actually been rather calming. With that said, he was now meeting up with Aoshi again. To have tea.
The scientist sits outside the little tea shop at one of the tables the store had set up, sipping his Shou Mei white tea. It was a tea he hadn't tried before, and like all teas, he finds it acceptable; something he'd drink again.
Now he simply waits for Aoshi to arrive.

Aoshi was unused to having negligible amounts of knowledge. In his time he'd been well informed, with at least basic knowledge of most things current and ancient in Japan. Upon his arrival in this City, Misao had taught him how to turn things like water taps on and off. Using switches. But she hadn't known how things worked the way they did or why. Shockwave had provided a much more in depth source of information and while he didn't entirely trust the man he had no problem learning from him.
He didn't find Shockwave particularly annoying, either.
All in all, it was probably the closest he came to relaxing in this place.
He considers the idea of being relaxed as the tea shop comes into view, Shockwave distinct among its outdoor patrons, and comes to the conclusion that it's probably impractical to be so.
Still, he greets Shockwave with a nod when he reaches the table and takes a seat. He'd run himself ragged if he didn't take some kind of break (the thought vaguely passes through his mind that Misao would not call it such) and there was decent tea involved.
He orders plain green tea when the waitress comes up, undecided on he feels about fruit flavoring in his tea, and waits.

"Greeting, Aoshi." Shockwave's monotone voice finally drones. His gaze shifts upwards, acknowledging that the other is there.
"So. How's the learning coming along?"

"As well as can be expected." He glances casually around, taking note of which patrons have left and who has taken their place.
"I believe I am well acquainted enough with the basics to move on."
