WHO: Kon-El, Tim Drake, and anyone who wants to say that they go to the same public high school.
WHERE: What part of the city this is taking place.
WHEN: Wednesday. FFF. Anytime between like. 7:30 am and 3:30 pm, unless detention or after school stuff gets involved so WHENEVER.
WARNINGS: Nah.
SUMMARY: Basically just... short conversations throughout the school day.
FORMAT: Quicklog
[ It's a normal high school. For the sake of getting everyone on the same page, it's the City equivalent of Stuyvesant HS, and today is a B Schedule. Feel free to tag Kon for any point of the day. His schedule is the same as Tim's, because Tim made him go to school so he's making Tim go with him, and Tim picked the classes, unfortunately:
Period 1 AP Calculus
2 Civil Law
3 AP Amer Government
4 AP Computer Science
5 Lunch
6 Criminal Law
7 AP British Literature
8 Study Period
9 Robotic Engineering
10 AP Chemistry
Kon arrives about 20 minutes before first period starts, because he's hoping to bump into Tim by his locker. He looks pretty rough around the edges, and that's only going to get worse as the day wears on because he didn't sleepat all much last night. He fiddles around with his books forever, taking them in and out of his locker, so he can act like he just got here when Tim does. ]

Morning. [Flat and automatic.]
no subject
This is exactly like you.
no subject
What is?
no subject
Showing up and saying morning like everything's cool and you haven't ditched the team.
no subject
Who's ditching anything? It's just like when I lived at home and came to SF for the weekends, that's all.

Period 1 - AP Calculus
He gets out his notebook and text book and starts attempting last night's homework while they start going over the problems in class, because he wasn't here yesterday to get said homework. ]

Which is entirely not Tim's fault.
At all.
He waits for the teacher to face the board before silently passing Kon a copy of his homework, with very clear notes, in a precise forgery of Kon's own handwriting. With a glance that says they are so going over this topic later to be sure Kon understands it. Tim is just making sure he's not so distracted from the classwork that he falls behind, is all.]
no subject
It's entirely Tim's fault.
He blinks at the homework and then turns to catch Tim's eye. He's too surprised by this to glare. Kon rips a page out of his notebook and writes, 'What? You did my homework for every class?' ]
no subject
Is not.
Tim sighs quietly and leans over to write underneath. 'Yes, but I still expect you to study it.']

Period 2 - Civil Law
He still makes it to class on time and sits at his desk and. just. stares. at the notes on the board. They're about Good Samaritan laws, which is interesting, yes, but it's like the school gods are mocking him with a topic like this when he's cranky and not up to paying attention. ]

He just opens his textbook and notebook, and passes Kon a note with the chapter they were supposed to have read for homework last night, so he can try at least skimming it in case the teacher calls on him. Hopefully he'll pass over Kon and call on Tim instead - he knows most of this stuff already.]

Without pausing in his lecture or his pacing around the room, the teacher hands Kon a demerit slip as he goes by, and Kon sighs and does a mental check. No, this is his first demerit, and it's three for a detention.
He starts flipping through the chapter and making notes on it, rather than copy the ones on the board and is only half listening to the lecture. He'll just copy Tim's tonigh- frag. At lunch.]
no subject
When it gets to questions about the homework chapter, Tim answers one question easily enough.]

Period 3 - American Government
It takes Kon all of two minutes to fall asleep. ]

Oh, tweety birds. It's been awhile.
[ The rest of the class titters. Kon rolls sheepishly out of the chair and starts picking it up, when suddenly a piece of paper is thrust into his face by a manicured hand. No teen girl wears jewelry that ugly. Shit. Teacher.
Only the slip is pink, not yellow. He blinks up at her. ]
Go see the nurse, Mr. Kent. I expect you back in ten minutes, unless you genuinely have a concussion.
no subject
Not that he should be sleeping in class, a part of Tim reminds him, but then again, that is possibly partly Tim's fault as well.
He shoots Kon an apologetic glance for a moment or two, then settles in to take notes for both of them.]

Period 4 - Computer Science
Kon takes a seat at the table furthest from the teacher that also faces him (so the teacher can't see the screen, natch). He lasts five minutes of the power point presentation on Java GUIs (not gooeys, he made that mistake on the first quiz), before he signs on to AIM Express. ]

He wordlessly thumps the notes Kon needs to copy down in front of him, without even looking at his friend.]

[The table quickly acquires the backside of Jaime Reyes, balancing his tray and somehow managing to avoid dumping the mysterious pasta of the day all over Kon before sliding with a graceless thud to the bench seat with an exhale, muttering:]
I'm a senior, Einstein.
[slowly turning around to set the tray on the table, he gives a crooked smile, pointing at his plate.]
They make this stuff sticky for a reason. I just saved your polyester life, brother.
no subject
[ He eyes the plate dubiously. ] Sorry, I don't eat anything that I can't identify. It could interact with my delicate system.
