WHO: Greed (
penurium) and Lust (
easytochop)
WHERE: WHEREVER GREED IS AT THE MOMENT IDEK.
WHEN: Saturday! Because A.) that is when this would have gone up if I didn't suck and B.) IT IS RAINING LIKE NOBODY'S BUSINESS RIGHT NOW AND I DO NOT WANT TO BOTHER REFERENCING UMBRELLAS.
WARNINGS: SIBLING BONDING TIME
SUMMARY: WITH THE HELP OF CAPTAIN SHOULDERPADS AND HIS NIFTY HACKING SKILLS, LUST TRACKS DOWN HER BABY BROTHER! And he has some 'splainin' to do.
FORMAT: quickparahurrgggggh
She exhaled softly and adjusted the ruff of her heavy winter coat, her eyes still trained on the relevant coordinates that had been transferred to her communicator. She really would have to take Knives up on his offer, she thought, and learn how to do these things herself--his patience with her would only hold up for so long.
Lust knew what Greed's new body looked like. She knew where his communicator was, and the direction in which he was moving. She knew he would be rounding the corner to this city block soon. She didn't know how he would react to seeing her, or just how quickly he would recognize his own sister, but was there really anything she could do about that? All there was to do was wait.

At least for now. He had some ideas for what to do with the situation but that didn't mean he was happy about it.
He turned the corner, looking for that Chinese place Yao said would give him a discount. Once he did he stopped dead in his tracks.

So this was what had happened to him.
Lust smiled slightly, but made no moves toward him; it would be beyond annoying if she spooked him and he started to run. Not that he had ever been the type, of course, but there was more than one mind in that body, and she knew next to nothing about the second one. Hundreds of questions were already coming to mind, but she could and would rein them in; if she overdid it now, after all, none of them would be answered.

And if one of them was here, another tended to follow. Selena, was it? Had mentioned Envy. The bitch was probably hiding out somewhere as they stood here in silence.
Greed's ideas of self-preservation had improved just a bit with the body-snatching, Lust was sure to find out. Slowly, Greed turned to face Lust.
"S'gotta be a record, sis. It's been hardly a week and you're already breakin' the deal."

"But nothin' dire." He cocked an eyebrow. "So to what should I owe this visit, hm? Must have gone to a lot of trouble to track me down like this." He'd like to know how she even did it, but a place like this he really didn't want to ask. It seemed like there was a machine for everything. It kind of pissed him off. If she could do this again ...

"Well," she said, "there's no reason why I'd deny you that, if you can stand the company. Come on," she added, trying to sound for all the world like the big sister she technically was, "I'll pay for you."
THE MAGIC WORDS?!?

But then again, she did offer to pay. Greed slid his hands into his pockets, one, because it was balls-cold outside and two, because it irritatingly reminded him that he really didn't have a cent on him.
In the back of his head he heard Yao tell him to be cautious. Greed almost snorted. He shrugged again. "Alright. You win, I'll come."

She smiled again, perfunctorily, then started walking again, this time in the direction of the restaurant he'd indicated, possibly swinging her hips slightly more than she needed to in self-satisfaction--but really, that was just how she walked. He'd know enough to follow her, and the small talk could wait.

When they finally got to the restaurant it was thankfully not very crowded. He kept alert though, no telling what Lust really had up her sleeve.

He gave a moments pause before venturing, "So."

"You have every reason to be upset with me, don't you?" she said.
