WHO: Rue, Fakir, and Mytho.
WHERE: That one hippie yoga a school.
WHEN: Backdated to right after the switchback Monday night.
WARNINGS: Flailing, the assumptions that come with waking up in bed with two teenaged boys.
SUMMARY: Rue is switched back from her tiny self. Nothing wrong there. Rue is switched back from her tiny self while sleeping with Fakir and Mytho. Shit.
FORMAT: Paramagraph
Rue had fallen asleep fairy early that night, exhausted by the excitement of the past two days. She couldn't remember ever staying with her prince so long, or having so much fun. It was wonderful, and a very secret part of her guiltily hoped she could stay here forever.
While she was deep asleep, thinking these peaceful thoughts, her slumbering body blurred a little around the edges, and she felt an odd jolt, not painful, but more than enough to wake her up. When she opened her eyes, she was met with Mytho's sleeping face, and at first, in her grogginess, thought nothing odd about it. He'd finally forgiven her, she thought, and had come to comfort her.
With this lovely thought in mind, she shifted slightly to snuggle closer to him. As she did, she moved her foot a little, and felt it hit another warm leg on her other side. Puzzled, Rue sat up on her arm, and craned her neck to see who it was.
And then a high, piercing, feminine scream echoed through the house.

Rue. Not the small Rue whom had been a comfort, but the older Rue, the one who had-- who had--
He scrambled back away from her, chest heaving, utterly petrified.
AT LAST, A CHANCE TO USE THIS ICON IC
"Shut. Up!"

"What am I-How-Why am I here?" She demanded shakily.

The Rue that didn't make him afraid, the Rue he had felt what he had hoped was happiness with...
No... no, no, no, it wasn't--
His shoulder's hunched in as the Raven's blood grew stronger, feeding on his fear and anguish.

There was a edge in his voice, unstable and uneven as his hair hid his eyes.

"And how did I end up here?" she asked, a little calmer now.

"I won't let her hurt you," he said, hoping to placate him. "Just be calm. It's all right."

"Have I done anything except beg you for forgiveness, and leave when you wanted me to? I'm not a monster, and I'm not Kraehe anymore. Why can't you just believe me?"
She said the last sentence almost pleadingly, a little tearfulness creeping into her voice.

One hand, though, didn't stay in place long. It shot out, open palmed onto the wall with a loud, attention-grabbing WHAM.
"Rue. Shut up. Do you have any idea what you've done? There are some things that can't be forgiven, and that you can't fix just by begging and pleading and apologizing. And after- After what you did, rotting his heart out like you did, changing him, I'm surprised he's trusted you this long."
This all would have sounded totally reasonable, if harsh, if the volume of his voice hadn't been creeping up with every other word.

"Fine. I-I don't need your forgiveness anyway. It doesn't matter how much you hate me, at the end of the day, you're still mine, Prince."
With that, she turned on her heels, preparing to leave.

She still did not look at him, but from her shaking shoulders, and the way she held herself, it was easy to tell she was near tears.

He sighed.
"Rue. Just leave."
