[OPEN]
WHO: Mytho and Open
WHERE: Central Park
WHEN: Friday
WARNINGS: Lack of sanity
SUMMARY: Mytho's world has started to crumble and the Raven's blood is slowly destroying him from the inside.
FORMAT: Paragraph.
For a brief time, Mytho felt that he finally knew what it was like to be happy. Spending time with the younger Rue, the return of the birds, it all soothed his heart to where he didn't feel the Raven's blood clawing at him for control any longer.
But it had all shattered... The Rue he cared so much about had been replaced with the Rue who was Kraehe, who had stained his heart and hurt him so deeply so many times, to be in the same room as he made the Raven's blood scream and claw at him until all he felt was fear and the need to make her feel the same pain that she had inflicted on him.
To have that small, illusionary happiness ripped away... to wake up next to that Rue where all he could see were black feathers as she soaked him deeper in the blood of the Raven...
To feel that blood rising with in him from where he had tried so hard to keep it buried...
He had run away, trying to find Tutu, even though she wasn't Tutu any longer, desperate for something to cling to before he was lost to the red that filled his eyes.
But she was gone.
And the small light with in him had vanished under the black feathers and deep red blood.
It had all been a blur afterwards as he wandered the City, not seeing, not feeling, barely existing.
Tutu was gone... Ahiru was gone... Rue was gone...
Absentmindedly, he scratched at his hand, eyes unfocused as he walked, birds flying away before him, feathers scattering and turning dark in his mind's eye.
He needed to find...
to find...

He didn't even really know why he'd headed to that huge park, maybe a feeling, and he'd learned to trust intuition. Regardless, he spotted that lurching, weird, light-haired kid, just... Wandering. Bizarrely.
He picked up his stride and caught up to the guy, voice as boisterous as ever. "Oi! You alright, there?"

"...no..."
His voice was almost eerily soft, deadened and wispy and slightly more high pitched than it seemed it aught to be.

He continued his approach, letting out a slight huff but smiling as if he was oblivious all the same. Maybe the guy just needed some cheering up, after all. "What's up?"

It was a cryptic answer, but really, even when he was himself, Mytho had never been good at answering questions.
