Sam and I worked on me using my shield to project energy. I can focus it into my hands.
[She demonstrates and lets the energy spiral outward. It hits a pile of bricks and Sally quickly extends her shield around the two of them.]
But I've really got to concentrate to make it happen. And another round sounds good.
