not much time, there's much to do
WHO: Bakura, Safeguard, Vector Prime
WHERE The City. (Various places)
WHEN: Tuesday, March 23rd, whole-day.
SUMMARY: Vector Prime, Safeguard, and Bakura are out for a day of ~CULTURE~. Because you haven't lived New York until you've seen a damn broadway show, and/or visited the Met, among other things.
FORMAT: idk but I'm starting off para :|
This was going to be...interesting.
He had already explored the City on his own, of course, and with Safeguard; now, though, was different. This time...this time they had an actual human guiding them. Certainly, he wasn't a native to this area - not even this dimension, none of them were - but at least he had a better grasp of how things work than they did?
Nonetheless, Vector Prime had already noted quite a few similarities with Cybertronian's culture. But he kept these notes to himself for now, waiting outside the Hell Towers with Safeguard by him. He was dressed in more...modern clothing than he usually preferred (there was a certain class to the older fashions) but at least he had been able to find them in colors he was used to. Burgundy and white.
He briefly looked up towards the Towers themselves, then back down at his partner, who did a far better job of blending in than Vector felt he was doing. He tugged at his collar uncertainly, sighing to himself as they waited.

"It wasn't that long! Well, to me." Safeguard matched Bakura's grin, though he wasn't hyper - yet.

"Nonetheless, shall we be off?" He wasn't planning on so much as summoning Rhisling for the day; it would be...cheating, in a way, to spacebridge from location to location.

Which they usually were.
He gave a nod with another grin. "Un! The museum's actually not that far from here!" he pointed out. "It's actually part of the park! You can eve go onto the roof and the view up there is really nice!"
/at a friend place for the night. Sorry forthe crappy tag.
He nodded again. "You'll have to show us then."
/LATE - also mild fastforwarding if that's okay?
Their pace was brisk, but easy; they had the whole day, after all, and no reason to hurry. Personally, Vector was enjoying the air - a city or not, Earth's always had a certain taste to it that he had found himself enjoying very much. It was nothing like Cybertron's...but that did not make it any less appealing, by any stretch!
Its buildings, too, were so unlike those of his home planet - in any verse - but he found the stone impressive. He paused at the base of the steps, looking up at the museum (http://www.newyorkstatesearch.com/photos/New_York_City/photographs/Metropolitan_Museum_of_Art_at_New_York.jpg). "However long did it take them to build that?" he wondered, thinking of the primative technologies humans held.
s'cool. :)
'S All good.
Though it was hard not be distracted by the architecture of the place. It was like a dream, or something, and while he didn't want to be left behind, he didn't want to miss anything. "It's big. I'd say the size of a small building back home."
