WHO: Damian and Abby
WHERE: Wherever Abby lives, then to where Damian lives
WHEN: Sunday evening
SUMMARY: Damian comes and picks up Abby on his bike, then takes her back to his place. For training.
WARNINGS: None, probably.
FORMAT: Paragraph
Damian sped his motorcycle quickly through the City, the speed at which he drove all had to do with the cool confidence in his skill as a drive and nothing to do with wanting to see Abby as quickly as possible. At least, not that he would have told anyone. Abby was nice to him, that was all. Yeah, that was all.
When he pulled up to her place to parked the bike, turned it off, and engaged the alarm. He was in his "civilian" clothes with jeans, a t-shirt, and a leather jacket for riding. Fortunately with the helmet you couldn't tell that he was vastly underage for this sort of thing.
Damian scratched his head in thought for a moment, wondering if he should go get Abby or wait here. He didn't particularly like going into places where most of the heroes lived since a lot of them didn't trust him. Maybe he'd wait a moment to see if she'd come out and if not, he'd go get her.

"Yeah, I'm sure," he said, the mic in his helmet carrying his voice to the speakers in hers. With the push of a button the motorcycle roared to life and he backed it up a few steps before slowly opening up the throttle and pulling out of the parking area.
"Just don't move around too much."

Abby wasn't sure why, but this reminded her vaguely of the first time she uh, borrowed her mom's car for a solo drive. She was excited, but definitely-- oh definitely nervous. Things just had a habit of breaking or malfunctioning while she was around. It was like a curse.
She mentally crossed her fingers and held on for her life.

It wasn't long though before they were moving in and out of traffic. Damian was still going slower than he did with just himself but it was definitely faster than everyone else was moving.
"Are you okay, Abby?" he asked, wanting to make sure she was doing alright.

"Y-Yeah! I'm-- I'm okay." Nobody could see it, but she was tentatively smiling. "Really."

"I know it's not flying, but it's pretty cool all the same," he said into the helmet mic.
"And hang on, we're almost to my place!"
Sorry I'm so slow with replies! orz
She was both relieved and disappointed to hear that they were almost there.
"Okay," she confirmed that she'd heard, glancing around through her helmet's visor to take in where they were. "Where are we?"
