Who: Blackarachnia, Himura, Anyone else who wants to come find BA (tag yourselves in)
When: 4/28 night through morning; after this
Where: Somewhere around the City.
Summary: BA downloaded Remus' ability and it had a bad reaction with her own spider mutation.
Warnings: Uh...IDK it's a wolf-spider guys!
Format: Whatever.
Fear. Fear was a feeling Blackarachnia knew well and knew how to block out. But tonight was a different story. She'd never run into a beast like that before. She did her best to fend it off and escape but not without somehow downloading from it. Whatever it was it had powers otherwise her download would have done nothing.
Warning bells went off in her head the moment she was sure she'd put enough distance between herself and the beast. She leaned against the wall of an empty alley. Her skin felt as if it was crawling. It itched and then it begin to feel as if it was burning.
It only got worse from there. Her body ached. She could hear her body making noises she knew it shouldn't. And then it all became fuzzy. If anyone was to ask her later what had happened she wasn't sure she could give an answer.
Before she knew it she looking at the world in a different way. To top it off everything felt different. It sounded different. It also smelt different. Not that she held to enough of her mind to analyze it all. Had she been able to she would have reveled in the new sensations. She would have taken note of every last thing.
But instead her mind was racing in another direction. Everything was screaming at her to find somewhere dark it was also screaming at her for food. She needed to hunt and then make her nest to hide away and eat.
Feed.
Hide.
Quickly she scurried up the wall of the alley. It was time to hunt.

Curious, Hiruma followed the noise until it disappeared. Confused, he glided around the area until his nose caught the scent of... well, something similar to the werewolf he'd encountered earlier, but not quite the same. Still, it had the unnatural must that the werewolf had, and he followed it.
What he saw was... well, he wasn't quite sure. It looked like the unholy spawn of a wolf and a giant spider. Of course his first reaction was to get a better look, then take a picture.
Or three. Or four. Or seventeen. Good thing he always had a camera in his bag.

Red eyes scanned the area, trying to find what it was that was so close.
She lowered her body as if ready to spring at a moment's notice. She let a combination of a growl and a hiss. She snapped her jaws in the direction of her current prey.

She can't find it now. None of her senses can pick it up. An irritated hiss leaves her as she jumps to the next building. Oh well, there's other prey about.

Still Hunting (jump in here to be a victim or save said victims!)
After traveling some distance she stopped on a lower rooftop. She scurried to the edge and waited. Below she could smell food. Inebriated but that only made them easier to capture.
Slowly she crept down the side of the building with a soft clicking noise. Closer. And closer. Soon she was within striking distance.
Morning (for Sentinel)
She blinked a few times to try and clear her sight. She groaned again as she sat up, hands going to her head. When a light breeze picked up it was then she realized she wasn't in her room.
Once again her eyes snapped open and she finally took in her surroundings. "Where the sla-" A quick look down at herself dragged a deep sigh from her. "Great..."
The femme closed her eyes and rubbed her temples again, trying to recall what had happened the night before. She was able to recall her walk back from the park. And the beast. And then it all became fuzzy.
Slowly she stood and began to walk. She had no idea where she was but she assumed she hadn't gone far from the City. Looking around she figured she must be in one of the rundown parts of the City where no one lived anymore. Maybe she'd be lucky enough to find some clothes so she didn't get stopped on the way back to Autobase.

...Wait.
Sentinel slammed on the brakes. Fortunately, this was a remote enough part of the City that the sudden maneuver didn't cause him to hit anyone else, or anyone else to hit him. The lone car behind him honked in dismay as he remained stationary in the middle of the road, provoking Sentinel to lean out his window and shout at the other driver to shut up before returning his attention to the matter at hand.
"Blackarachnia?!"

On the bright side she could get a ride back home.
She turned around and didn't bother to cover herself any. Really, who should she?
"Um... Hi."

She closed her eyes as her head rested against the seatback. She felt so tired and she really wasn't sure why. She wished she could recall everything that happened last night.
no subject
"All right, now what in the Pit were you doing out here?"

"Well, then what's the last thing you do remember?"
no subject
She paused, bringing her hands up to rub at her temples again. "I'm not really sure what happened after that. I put distance between myself and it. I...stopped and then I... I don't really remember."

She sighed and rubbed at her temples again. "I...vaguely remember roaming the City. I..." she grins a bit, "I was hunting."

"I don't think I want to know what you mean by 'food.' Well, at least it's over now." he replied with a shudder before bringing the car to a stop in front of their building. It occurred to him that the last thing he wanted was to have to explain why he was bringing a naked female into the base to anyone who might be hanging around. He spent a moment considering his options before unfastening his seat belt, removing his jacket and tossing it at her.
"Here, put this on until we can get you some real clothes."
no subject
She frowned as he tossed his jacket to her. She rolled her eyes and put it on. "Ashamed of me or something?"
no subject
"And no, I'm not. It's just not socially acceptable to walk around with your clothes off in front of everyone."
no subject
"Okay maybe not in public but in the house? I hate clothes." complaints, she's full of them.

She put his jacket on and felt warmer. She hadn't realized how cold she felt before.
no subject
It still wasn't his preference - as far as he was concerned, humans were supposed to wear clothes unless they were showering. Or, well, mating, but he wasn't about to follow that train of thought, not with a near-naked Blackarachnia in his passenger seat. But if she was by herself and wanted to be naked, there wasn't exactly much he could do about it.
Sentinel got out of the car, half-consciously shielding her from public view as he escorted her through the front door and into the elevator.

She helped a little by moving closer to him, practically pressed against him when they got into the elevator.
no subject
"What are you doing?" he asked, hoping it came out more demanding than panicked.
no subject
"I just wanted to be close to you. I'm chilly."
no subject
It was all he could do to get the words out without stammering. She was so close to him, and with that expression on her face she almost looked like Elita.

"Then...what would be enough?"
