(no subject)

Who: Blackarachnia, Himura, Anyone else who wants to come find BA (tag yourselves in)
When: 4/28 night through morning; after this
Where: Somewhere around the City.
Summary: BA downloaded Remus' ability and it had a bad reaction with her own spider mutation.
Warnings: Uh...IDK it's a wolf-spider guys!
Format: Whatever.

Fear. Fear was a feeling Blackarachnia knew well and knew how to block out. But tonight was a different story. She'd never run into a beast like that before. She did her best to fend it off and escape but not without somehow downloading from it. Whatever it was it had powers otherwise her download would have done nothing.

Warning bells went off in her head the moment she was sure she'd put enough distance between herself and the beast. She leaned against the wall of an empty alley. Her skin felt as if it was crawling. It itched and then it begin to feel as if it was burning.

It only got worse from there. Her body ached. She could hear her body making noises she knew it shouldn't. And then it all became fuzzy. If anyone was to ask her later what had happened she wasn't sure she could give an answer.

Before she knew it she looking at the world in a different way. To top it off everything felt different. It sounded different. It also smelt different. Not that she held to enough of her mind to analyze it all. Had she been able to she would have reveled in the new sensations. She would have taken note of every last thing.

But instead her mind was racing in another direction. Everything was screaming at her to find somewhere dark it was also screaming at her for food. She needed to hunt and then make her nest to hide away and eat.

Feed.

Hide.

Quickly she scurried up the wall of the alley. It was time to hunt.

Edgeworth had been informed and was on his way to deal with his fuzzy little problem. Hiruma figured on a job well done and was ready to move on, but more noises caught in his ears. Cracking, stretching, the sounds of pain and transformation. He knew them well, they filled his ears every time he shifted.

Curious, Hiruma followed the noise until it disappeared. Confused, he glided around the area until his nose caught the scent of... well, something similar to the werewolf he'd encountered earlier, but not quite the same. Still, it had the unnatural must that the werewolf had, and he followed it.

What he saw was... well, he wasn't quite sure. It looked like the unholy spawn of a wolf and a giant spider. Of course his first reaction was to get a better look, then take a picture.

Or three. Or four. Or seventeen. Good thing he always had a camera in his bag.

Sheesh, this things's got a good set of senses on it. Hiruma only manages to grab a few shots before he is in danger of being spotted. He skitters away on top of the building, but doesn't stray far. He needs more pictures.

Hiruma follows, at a safe distance, clicking pictures with his camera when he can. Thank goodness for very good zoom on this thing.

Another day in the City, another morning's commute to work. Sentinel maneuvered the police car through traffic, one hand on the steering wheel, the other holding the day's first cup of coffee. He paid little attention to the usual sights outside. The parked cars lining the curb, the street vendors emerging and setting up their wares, the strangely familiar naked woman walking down the sidewalk...

...Wait.

Sentinel slammed on the brakes. Fortunately, this was a remote enough part of the City that the sudden maneuver didn't cause him to hit anyone else, or anyone else to hit him. The lone car behind him honked in dismay as he remained stationary in the middle of the road, provoking Sentinel to lean out his window and shout at the other driver to shut up before returning his attention to the matter at hand.

"Blackarachnia?!"

"Don't just stand there," Sentinel barked, obviously flustered by her unclad appearance. It technically wasn't the first time he'd seen her naked - and yet, at the same time, it was - but it was close enough to be nerve-wracking. That she was walking around like that in public was even worse. "For Spark's sake, get in the car!"

As soon as Blackarachnia was safely inside the car, Sentinel pulled an abrupt U-turn and began heading back toward the base. Work could wait; being in charge meant he could be late without having to answer to anyone for it.

"All right, now what in the Pit were you doing out here?"

[identity profile] theprimerprime.livejournal.com 2010-04-30 09:57 pm (UTC)(link)
Sentinel glanced over at her, his expression one of irritation tinged with worry. If someone had hurt her, they'd live to regret it, no mistake. And if she'd ended up out here out of her own recklessness - just as likely a possibility, knowing her - well, he'd have to deal with that, too.

"Well, then what's the last thing you do remember?"

[identity profile] theprimerprime.livejournal.com 2010-05-02 03:22 am (UTC)(link)
"You downloaded from some strange creature?" Sentinel shook his head and sighed in aggravation. "Small wonder you're having problems. That was a stupid move. Who knows what kind of side effects that had on you?"

[identity profile] theprimerprime.livejournal.com 2010-05-03 12:18 am (UTC)(link)
Sentinel did not like the look of that grin. He liked the sound of what she was saying even less. "Hunting for what, exactly?"

[identity profile] theprimerprime.livejournal.com 2010-05-03 12:58 am (UTC)(link)
Well, this was getting downright disturbing.

"I don't think I want to know what you mean by 'food.' Well, at least it's over now." he replied with a shudder before bringing the car to a stop in front of their building. It occurred to him that the last thing he wanted was to have to explain why he was bringing a naked female into the base to anyone who might be hanging around. He spent a moment considering his options before unfastening his seat belt, removing his jacket and tossing it at her.

"Here, put this on until we can get you some real clothes."

[identity profile] theprimerprime.livejournal.com 2010-05-04 01:51 am (UTC)(link)
"Well, yeah. Why wouldn't it be?" It was logical enough, as far as Sentinel knew. The problem was caused by a download and the download had worn off, hadn't it?

"And no, I'm not. It's just not socially acceptable to walk around with your clothes off in front of everyone."

[identity profile] theprimerprime.livejournal.com 2010-05-06 03:58 am (UTC)(link)
"Not if the others are around!" Sentinel replied, instantly and thoroughly scandalized. He could only imagine how Vector or Blurr would react to coming across a naked Decepticon female in their base. Or worse...Pete.

[identity profile] theprimerprime.livejournal.com 2010-05-07 03:04 am (UTC)(link)
"If you're alone, I guess that's okay..."

It still wasn't his preference - as far as he was concerned, humans were supposed to wear clothes unless they were showering. Or, well, mating, but he wasn't about to follow that train of thought, not with a near-naked Blackarachnia in his passenger seat. But if she was by herself and wanted to be naked, there wasn't exactly much he could do about it.

Sentinel got out of the car, half-consciously shielding her from public view as he escorted her through the front door and into the elevator.

[identity profile] theprimerprime.livejournal.com 2010-05-17 09:11 pm (UTC)(link)
Sentinel instinctively backed away, finding himself with no place to go as she cornered him in the confined space of the elevator. At least there was no one else in there.

"What are you doing?" he asked, hoping it came out more demanding than panicked.

[identity profile] theprimerprime.livejournal.com 2010-05-19 03:02 am (UTC)(link)
"...That's what the jacket is for."

It was all he could do to get the words out without stammering. She was so close to him, and with that expression on her face she almost looked like Elita.

[identity profile] theprimerprime.livejournal.com 2010-06-02 10:10 pm (UTC)(link)
Sentinel swallowed reflexively, still attempting to fend off his body's all-too-human response. Apparently his night of experimentation with Elita had knocked a few of his proverbial screws loose; he could think of no other reason why he'd suddenly be desiring something he still thought was disgusting.

"Then...what would be enough?"
