Little help please!
[Hopefully someone is around to actually hear her.]
no subject
He places his bow down and briskly walks over to her. ]
Here, let me just take...
[ He grabs one of the bags from her arm. ]
no subject
Thanks.
[Now she can actually see something besides bag.]
Think you can help me get these to the kitchen?
no subject
[ He leads the way to the kitchen and places the bag on the counter. ]
no subject
If you want anything, I suggest picking it now because it's usually gone in minutes once word gets out.
no subject
[ He turns around to go back to his designated couch. ]
no subject
Not a fan of cake?
no subject
I'm not hungry.
[ He shrugs. Maybe she will go away. ]
no subject
Suit yourself.
[She sees the bow and raises a brow.]
You're the kid who wanted a bow.
no subject
Huh, yeah. That was me.
no subject
Why do you need a bow?
no subject
I'm going to teach someone how to use it.
[ He picks up his bow and places it next to the quiver. ]
Shouldn't you be leaving?
no subject
I've got a few minutes before I need to be anywhere.
no subject
[ He sits down on the far end of the couch. He blows a bubble with his gum and it pops. ]
no subject
[She keeps flipping through the magazine.]
no subject
[ Leans into the couch. ]
no subject
I'm guessing he's not here?
no subject
I wonder if the people back home realize we're gone. I can only imagine how my dad would take the news.
no subject
They don't. Apparently we go back to like the exact moment we were pulled from. Or so my friends tell me, and they've been pulled out and brought back.
no subject
[ He shrugs it off. ]
It's better that way, though, considering the amount of people here.
no subject
[She frowns.]
Especially because some people seem to stay here for awhile.
no subject
[ Oh look, he seems to be warming up and now looking at her. ]
no subject
Almost three months. I've been lucky and had several friends already here though.
[She smiles a little sadly at that.]
What about you?
no subject
[ Blows another bubble. ]
no subject
[She shrugs.]
I'm Sally.
no subject
[ He pauses to think. ]
Do you usually deliver food here because this is the first time I've seen you.
no subject
[She shakes her head.]
I've only done it a few times now, usually at different times. I'm still trying to figure out the best places to actually bring stuff.
no subject
[ He smirks, reminiscing~ ]
The one guy used to steal everyone's stuff, not that we had much.
no subject
That never would've flied where I used to live. That was the surest way to get yourself black and blue.
no subject
[ Shrugs ]
He never bothered me much.

no subject
No wonder you didn't mind him.
no subject
This place is a lot quieter with him gone. I almost miss him.
no subject
[She grins.]
I think there are about a million country songs with that theme.

[Sally catches sight of the time, and rises.]
And I've got to go or I'll miss my bus. It was nice meeting you, Alex. You really should try some of the food I brought.
no subject
[ He stands up too, his hands shoved in his pockets. ]
Heh, I'll think about it, thanks.
no subject
[She waves before skating out of the building.]
