WHO: [livejournal.com profile] soonillbe and [livejournal.com profile] baroonalight
WHERE: Central Park
WHEN: Uhhhh how about let's say Wednesday morning/early afternoon.
WARNINGS: I would have to guess less than or equal to none.
SUMMARY: Ness wanders around Central Park. Baroona wanders around Central Park. Eventually, like two expanding and poorly-spaced buns in an oven, they run into each other.
FORMAT: maybe some...paragraphs? quicklog can also be easily arranged

Ness wandered blithely through the park, taking in the people and scenery. He often took walks in the park, and he always hoped that he would meet someone new and interesting. Maybe that would even happen today!

Like Ness, Baroona walked through the park often, though his reason was different from the boy's. He lived in the park, and walked around as a sort of patrol. It made things feel more normal, like he was back on guard duty at Temple Mercenaries. Besides, it let him look at the more normal people in the park. The ones he knew weren't gods or goddesses or metal beasts that would run him over. The people in the park were just that: people.

He would watch them occasionally, these ordinary people. He would watch them on a park bench, with a cigarette hanging out of his mouth. His weapons bag would be at his side, with one of his arms resting on it, and he would wonder if perhaps he'd see Ares or Gohu or Douglas walking around the bend.

Instead, he saw a little, cheerful boy.
