[It was Tom's first couple weeks running the bar, and, surprisingly, it had gone pretty well so far. The transition itself was a bit of a challenge, but once he'd become accustomed to it, it really wasn't so bad at all. In fact, he found himself even enjoying the work, even if it meant extra hours for the time being, since the promotion and port-outs lately meant that they were running a bit understaffed.

That wasn't why he was pulling other duties besides just managing the place, though. Working behind the bard was one of the best jobs he had, and he really enjoyed it. He got to talk to people at the bar (and occasionally have a drink or two himself). It was the social aspect that he liked, which was why, to maybe draw in a few new regular customers, he was offering free drinks for the week.]

Dance like a girl? [Curtis blinks.] Girls dance some special way?

Yeah, like the girls in the club.

Club? Like the strip club? [He laughs, amused by this.] Seriously?

Strip club? [Tilts head.] Just the club.

Oh. [He tilts his head to the side.] Alright. Never really paid much attention to girls dancing but if you wanna dance, fine with me. [He's thinking Ggio wants to dance with him.]

No, no, no, I don't dance.

[He laughs, FFFF, the very thought...!]

Huh. Kinda sounded like you wanted me to dance with you. [He shrugs.] So, you wanna do to a club sometime and watch me dance?

No, too much work. Dance here. [Points at the floor, then thinks about it, and points towards the people out on the floor.]

It's too much work to go have fun and relax at a club? [This confuses Curtis. He blinks when pointed out at the bar goers.]

You do know this isn't a dancing bar, right?

I don't like clubs.

[Ggio waves his hand dismissively.]

And I don't care about that. There's beer, people dance.

Really? Why not? [He's curious.]

Oh really? Anyone dancing right now?

I don't like them.

[Says with a note of finality, paying more attention to the matter at hand.]

Maybe not, you can be the first one.

Club scene's not for everyone. [He nods.] Prefer a nice bar like this myself most of the time.

If you just want to like...test my skills, why don't we hit up a DDR machine? [He smiles.] That game's a fun one, y'know.

Dance Dance Revolution. It's a game where you have to pull off the dance moves on the screen while some music plays. It's pretty fun. If you want, when the bar closes I'll cosmic up a machine and we can all give it a shot.

[He shakes his head.]

I'm going home after closing time.

Right after? Not sticking around to hang with Tom until after all the post-closing time stuff is done?

I'm going home with Tom. His workers can close up.

Yes, I know. And us workers will be closing up but Tom has his own work to do. Some Tom-specific stuff because he's the boss.
