[ Tonks wants a house. She likes the idea of having loads of people all under one roof. It seems like it would be cozy. So far, those loads of people just include her mother, Hermione and Luna. There could be more. There's always the possiblity it there could be less.

Renting a bigger place does not seem to be an option with prices being what they are. Buying a place is tricky too. There's a lot of paperwork, loads of it in fact, but it can be done.

Today, they have three houses to look at. ]

[ The first house (http://media.halstead.com/pictures/1924810-1.jpg) is practically move-in ready! The house is in Riverdale and not terribly too far from the Potterbase. It is at the top end of the budget, however. There are four bedrooms, two and a half baths, plus a basement. It's a bit generic.

It's difficult to put into words. There's just something... unsettling about the level of niceness. I can't really explain.

[ The second house looks as though it should be scheduled to be torn down. It has seen better days that were very long ago. The house is very large plus a basement. There would be a lot of work involved in fixing this place up, possibly too much for the average person. For this reason, despite the location in Prospect Park South, it's in the middle of the budget. There's a lot of potential though!

Of the three, it is not Tonks' favorite. There's something about it that doesn't feel right. She can't put her finger on it, though. She moves through the house and looks at everything. Tonks even makes a few notes of her own for later.

[She'd been planning to not be late. Really, she had been! She'd just -- ended up running late, staying late at the hospital and then forgetting she was supposed to get coffee for the lot of them until after she'd started over to the last house after a quick text to Nymphadora about where they were at.]

[When she arrived, though, she was toting four cappuccinos.]

Sorry about the delay, everyone. Someone came in with a nasty break and I ended up having to stay a little later than I was expecting...
