[ Tonks wants a house. She likes the idea of having loads of people all under one roof. It seems like it would be cozy. So far, those loads of people just include her mother, Hermione and Luna. There could be more. There's always the possiblity it there could be less.

Renting a bigger place does not seem to be an option with prices being what they are. Buying a place is tricky too. There's a lot of paperwork, loads of it in fact, but it can be done.

Today, they have three houses to look at. ]

[She pauses.] I suppose then it comes down to whether you think we'll have time to fix up the place as we'd like to or not.

Yeah, one of those two I think. We don't have to rush right into either one of them. We can stay at the MAC until it's fixed up.

I would say that it's your choice, really - how long do you want to keep living at the MAC for?

[She didn't mind it so much, honestly.]

The MAC isn't so bad, not after you fix it up a bit. It's free too.

As I said, it's a matter of whether you think we've got the time to fix it up. You and I both have full-time jobs, after all.

Perhaps, though, if you let Luna know that she'd have to be the one to put in a good deal of effort with the house and she agrees -- [Although Andromeda isn't sure how reliable her word is, really, as she doesn't know the girl very well,] -- then that place might be best.
