[Jessica has been looking forward to this night for months. All day at school, all she could talk about (besides prom) was her impending birthday celebration. She just wants to dance and scream and have the best night of her life, for as happy as she is to finally be eighteen, she's also reminded that this is the second birthday she's celebrated without her twin sister. As she dressed for the evening she couldn't help but if wonder somewhere in the multiverse Elizabeth is celebrating their birthday too.

But those thoughts were quickly forgotten once she arrived at Tom's bar. After her first drink, all she could think about was how much fun she was going to have! Finally! She's legal! And she's heading for the dance floor to dance with any and everyone.]

I've talked to her on the network a couple of times, but other than that not really. I wouldn't have come, but April's insistent.

[Rikku didn't know who April was, but it didn't matter. Jess had a lot of friends--they couldn't all know one another. But she's just glad to have Max there. She loops her arm with the other girl's.]

You know, I am technically underage. [ But she's grinning, not too cut up about it. ] But I won't say no to dancing.

[Rikku rolled her eyes. That had never stopped her before, but she knew that Max wasn't that much of a rule-breaker. She grabbed her friend's hand and started dragging her towards the floor.]

[ She follows her onto the dance floor, laughing. The music is pretty good, and it's been a while since she just went dancing. Or really did much typically teenager-y, to be honest. ]

I'm a little out of practice, I don't know how this will go!
