[ He's pretty much ahead of Shade in that department, checking the cupboards for something suitable for a fox.

He's not sure what he'll find, given that in his normal state Shade doesn't really need to eat. He might have to go back to his own apartment to get more basic food. ]

[ Shade the fox may not be able to reach what he wants, but Fiddler shouldn't have to worry. Shade knows where his food is, and even though he hardly needs to eat, a gourmand is a gourmand, and Shade kept any number of fine foods, teas, and treats in his cupboards.

By the way he trotted up to the fridge to try and nose into it, the implication was clear.

He knew exactly where his food was. ]
