She had started taking the long way back to the apartment from work, and now that it was warmer outside, that path had started leading her through a park.

Even though it's nice enough outside for shorts, jeans and sneakers are required at the shoppe, though she's shed her usual wing-hiding cardigan to enjoy the sun on her shoulders and wings.
