he's got a problem with his poisons but you know he'll find a cure
WHO: NORMAN OSBORN and ADRIAN VEIDT
WHERE: Oscorp
WHEN: Earlier in the week.
WARNINGS: Creepy jerks? ...??
SUMMARY: Job interviews/first meetings, tours, and beyond.
FORMAT: Whatever.
Although Norman's standards were high, he tried not to keep his interview process too rigorous. Rebuilding a company from scratch wasn't an easy job, and there were certain areas he couldn't afford to be too picky with if he wanted to succeed.
So though he was selective about who he hired, there was plenty of room for flexibility. No background checks were one checkpoint, and credentials he had to take at someone's word. At least until he could put them to a practical test.
Still, it was obvious that more employees meant a smoother running business, so he wasn't at all cagey when it came to meeting with Adrian Veidt. To the contrary; he was very interested in meeting this man.
