WHO: Sally Blevins and Dani Moonstar
WHERE: Xavier Institute
WHEN: Tuesday afternoon
WARNINGS: Punching and kicking and fighting!
SUMMARY: Dani teaches Sally how to punch people in the face!
FORMAT: Quicklog
[Sally sways back and forth on the balls of her heels. She's a ball of nervous energy. Not that she doesn't know a little combat but her force field makes it easy to slip away from any situation on the street instead of waiting around to fight. But she wants to learn!]
Are we using weapons or just hand to hand?

[She moves the staff and frowns.]
And is this going to disappear?

[raises eyebrow at the staff]
It'll go away when I want it to. How was it? Is there a weapon you'd like to work with more?

I think I'd like to keep up with the staff. It seems like it could be a good weapon to help disable someone.

It's going to be kind of like dance class I guess but the movements are a little different.
[shows a movement routine with positioning and stances]
Follow what you can and then we'll break it down.

Okay. I think I've got the gist of it. Break it down now?

Thanks, Dani. I'll be sure to work on it every day.
