WHO: Wanda Maximoff and YOU (seriously, come play with me right now, yes I mean you)
WHERE: an open-air market, somewhere in The City
WHEN: at any point this afternoon
WARNINGS: none!
SUMMARY: Wanda has wandered off on her own and stumbled upon something a little more familiar.
FORMAT: quicklog, or whatever, I’m flexible
[Wanda had been reluctant to venture out of the MAC alone, but Pietro had not answered the door when she knocked, and she really should at least attempt navigation on her own, for once. Of course, having a destination in mind wouldn’t have hurt, but she was not far past the streets she had walked previously when she stumbled upon a delightful little open-air market, all squished-up between two towering brick structures.]
[With a pleased little smile playing about her features, Wanda slips into the crowd -- it is not so frightening as those on the streets were, somehow -- and proceeds to lose herself in the simple task of bargain-hunting.]

Sometimes, yes -- very. But I have met so many people... more quickly than I expected, really.

[Absently, she unfolds the napkin in front of her, slipping it daintily into her lap.]

So what are you doing for jobs in this city? Thought about that yet?
no subject
Well.. no, to be honest.

[James doesn't seem to be judging, especially not considering he's very much the same.]

I suppose that's a word for it.
no subject
And what would another word be for it?
no subject
Unsettled, perhaps?
no subject
Well, should you need any help with that, I have plenty of contacts that can help settle you in...
no subject
That's very sweet of you, James. Thank you.

Really? That is most unfortunate. [she grins] I suppose that makes it my responsibility to make up for past unfriendliness.

Well, you're doing rather well so far, I must say.
[Oh hey, foods coming.]
no subject
Thank you. [a little playful] I do my best.
[She glances back when his eyes go past her, straightening slightly to offer the waitress a polite smile.]
