WHO: Dr.Drakken and Seras Victoria.
WHERE: Drakken's Ice Cream Parlor
WHEN: Evening of the 16th.
WARNINGS: None
SUMMARY: Seras finally locates Drakken to ask him some questions about Shego
FORMAT: Para
Seras was impatient as she had to wait till sundown to act on the information she'd found. She paced her flat back, and forth as she waited. The second the sun went down she was out the door, and headed to the ice cream parlor where she'd heard she might find Dr.Drakken. It seemed like a nice enough place. Not one where you exactly expected to find someone who associated with criminals. She pulled out her notebook to double check that it was the right place. It was. More than anything right now she didn't want to let Mr.Bauer down again.
With her resolve collected she stepped through the doors. A quick survey to make sure she wasn't about to be ambused and then pulled her badge out . Making sure to be loud enough the place could here her she announced, "I'm Officer Victoria, and I'm looking for a Dr.Drakken. Has anyone here seen him?"

Hopefully it wouldn't take long. She needed to report to Bauer.

It is tall, broad shouldered. Dark red shoulders and head, with straight, clean lines. The rest of the uniform is mostly black, whith some of that same dark red mixed in. But the face...the face consists of a mask with a speaker grille, and a pair of goggles, revealing only glowing green where eyes should be.
"They're called Syntho-Drones. Robotic, but without any hardened exoskeleton - meaning they are incredibly flexible. The synthetic goo inside contains nano technology that allows movement and programming. Now, they're all given basic martial arts programming, of course."
He looks proudly at his creation.
"But this...is version 2.0, if you will. Hardened kevlar weave for the skin, meaning they're more durable than the originals. They'll stop a bullet or most hand weapons - though they're still a bit dodgy about energy weapons. But I am working on that. Maybe something with a reflective coating, whatever."
He waves his hand, looking at her.
"But the key thing is: they're cheap. And far better to have their heads in danger of bashing on a riot line than live police officers."

She walks up to the thing, and pokes at it with a finger. There was something about robots that just didn't feel like proper coppering to her. "Also their kind of scary looking. Usually we're trying to calm people down in a riot."

"You can program them for policing easily enough. And the thing is...they don't eat, they don't sleep. They can stay on a line for days if you need them to."
He waves away the appearance bit.
"And you can redesign the outside appearance. That's easy enough. Design them however you wish on the outside. And given some of the enemies you guys have been facing, from what I've heard? You may need help that can't be intimidated, shot dead, or eaten."

"Also do you have a quote I can show him? In case he actually decides to order these...things." Even if she didn't really enjoy hearing a pitch she'd at least get everything she needed so the Chief could make a proper decision.

"They're cheap per unit, and I can offer a price break on bulk orders."
Hs writes down a final number, per one hundred units, circling it twice decisively.
"That ought to cover it. I'd charge a private firm triple."

"Thank you Doctor. I'll see he gets it. If there's nothing else I'd like to get going. A lot of work still to be done. Thank you again for your time."
She didn't want to be rude of course, but she really did need to report in with Bauer. Not that she was looking forward to it. Had to be done though.

"Good luck with your investigation. I hope you find whoever did this. I'll help in any way I can."

After she left the first thing she did was call Bauer.
