started slingin' that air guitar, man, you sure can play
WHO: Nill & you.
WHERE: Everywhere and anywhere.
WHEN: 12 July, all day.
WARNINGS: N/A.
SUMMARY: Nill goes out and about.
FORMAT: Quick to start, then whenever.
[Nill had decided that today was a good day to just walk around the City. It wasn't too hot out, and it gave her an excuse to wear some of the new clothes that Kate had helped her choose. She didn't have any particular destination in mind, but she thought she might stop by a bakery or coffee shop while she was out, just to pick up a snack. Or she could just sit in the park for a little while. In the City, the sights were almost endless--except the places that had been damaged by the "war game," of course. Nill thought she would just avoid those areas as best she could.]

His broken wing, on the other hand, had started to itch with regrowth, and there wasn't much to be done with that. The back of his wings look pretty ruffled -- a cat or two probably attacked him on the way out of the house.]

Sup girl.
[He doesn't look at her again until his hands drop from his bandages.]

Dropping her bag, the blonde plopped down on the ground in front of him, stretching her legs out and tapping her toes together. She'd wait for him to finish up and such, trying not to worry too much.]

What's eating you?
[He offers his hand to her in case she wants to communicate that way.]
no subject
I just hope you recover soon.

His grip is still lax, though. Can't look too clingy.]
It ain't a big deal.
[He offers her a half-smile, overconfident in his odd, subtle fashion.]

It is looking better.
[From what she had seen, at least.]

That was the girl Karkat liked talking to.]
Hey, sister.
[He tried to sound friendly, but looking like a juggalo who'd been bleeding a lot from pretty much everywhere probably wasn't going to make him seem like the nicest guy to approach.]

Sadly, Nill hasn't really had any bad experiences with the trolls, so even though he looks more than a little banged up, she doesn't hesitate to veer towards him, one hand raised in a friendly (if still a bit wary) greeting.]

He doesn't make a move to take one for now though, but does give them a look over. ]
Oh wow, those look really good, and there's a lot of them. Are you bringing them over to someone?

Are you sure?
[ He doesn't want to just steal her food from her, that seems kind of rude. Especially if it's not something he's dying to have. ]

Thanks a lot, Nill! So have you had a good day today?

near dusk in the park?
Bella and their child unattended, though he knew that to be untrue. Time stood still when people came here, he knew. It did little to ease his anxiety.
Once the sun began to set, he wandered outside, alone in his thoughts. His clothing was plain, nothing too flashy, to avoid calling attention to himself. It had been horrible the first time he was here, everyone flocking to him like he were a celebrity. Now it seemed that everybody just didn't care. He was alright with that.
He noticed Nill on a park bench. She looked like a nice girl. He approached slowly, a smile on his face. ]
Is this seat taken? [ He gestures next to her on the bench. ]
awww yeah
Two years ago, maybe even one, Nill might have flinched at the sudden approach of a stranger. But after over two years in the City, she was more than capable of not being afraid of every man who walked up to her. Besides, he looked like he was about her age. Nill offered him a smile, and shook her head, scooting over just a bit. White wings flicked behind her back, and she pulled her tote bag on to her lap.]
also will his telepathy work with her?
yes! but for her to reply she'd need to touch him hur hur
aight!
