As you enter through the doors of the Danger Room, the sound of cicadas chirping clues you into your arrival to a tropical paradise. Red and orange lights show a room transformed, vines all along the walls and trees that seem to reach the beyond the ceiling. There's no doubt now, you're deep in the heart of the jungle. You can almost feel the heat of a distant volcano, the humidity wafting in from a river just outside, but that's only your imagination. Luckily, someone had the foresight to bring an exterminator into this jungle beforehand, as there isn't a bug in sight.

Fierce papier mache dinosaurs look down on your throughout the room, some perhaps planning their next meal, others regarding the intruders to their home with something not unlike fear. From the stage, the gleaming jaws of a downed Tyrannosaurus look on at the partiers, hungry even in its taxidermied stated.

But there's one ornament that stands above them all: the mirrored surface of what appears to be a pterodactyl man, reflecting the lights all across the room in ways most disco balls only wish they could.

[Bewildered, but accepts her explanation.] I'm glad it is healing well. Um, are you allowing people to sign your cast to wish you well? That is a common act when one is injured, correct?

[topslug]

[ She looks down at the cast in question, expression going a little bewildered for a moment. ]

Some people do, but I can't speak from experience. [ She hasn't had enough things broken enough, or known people with enough broken things, to know. ]

You could write on it, if you like, but I don't have anything to write with.

[soulbonder]

Then the next time either of us have something to write with, I would very much like to put "get well soon." [Beams up at her.] Are you enjoying the dance?

[topslug]

I'd like that, as well. [ Even if he's quite the strange one, he's pretty cute sometimes... ]

And oh, er, yes I am. [ Mostly for the food, less for the actual dancing. ] Did you come with anyone?

[soulbonder]

Yes, I did. [Quite cheerful!] My friend Kaito accompanied me. He's not interested in dancing, however, but I appreciate the company.

[topslug]

Well, I can't say I'm much of a dancer myself. What about you, Astral? Do you like dancing?

[soulbonder]

Yes, I do, though I don't really know how to dance... [He messes around with the jewelry he's wearing.] Kanaya tried to teach me.

[topslug]

"Tried" implies she wasn't very successful. [ She's only teasing, Astral, really. ]

[soulbonder]

[He's serious, though. Fists balling up but he's trying to hide it.] She wasn't, I still don't know how to dance. [It's frustrating for him. Why doesn't he get it right away?]

[topslug]

[ She doesn't need to be an empath to see the frustration there, and her gaze softens a little. ]

Well, it's really something you only pick up with practice. You've never done it before, have you?

[soulbonder]

Never. I never had toes or... ankles. [Mmm.] Everyone else makes it seem so easy.
