Big Bang Three!
WHO:
daft_old_man and EVERYONE!
WHERE: The TARDIS house
WHEN: Forward dated to July 4th
WARNINGS: The Doctor is in charge of the fireworks. Enough said.
SUMMARY: Wherein the Doctor and Jack spend all their money on a big old party! Sorry Ian -_-;
FORMAT: Whatever folks want! It's a free for all!
The Doctor hopped around the house making sure everything was to his satisfaction. There were streamers and balloons filling every nook and cranny and all of it was especially tacky and wonderful! Humans sure knew how to make decoration!!
The small backyard managed to fit two bounce houses (a castle and a water based bounce house), and inflatable pool entirely too small for adults, and the grills. There was the danger of someone bouncing into the pool but the Doctor saw that as more opportunity for fun! Inside there was food on every flat surface and downstairs where once the aquacat pool was now was ready for dancing! Even if no one showed the Doctor was going to have a good time!
Of course the real show started at sundown with the Doctor's own firework show helped along with human gunpowder and Time Lord know-how. Hope someone has the fire department on speed dial!

Open
She'd probably open up eventually...frankly, dancing would be hard to resist for long, for Rapunzel, but for the moment she was just sort of watching everyone in a little bit of a daze.

He skidded to a stop once he came across someone who didn't look very excited to be at a party. And what was that on her shoulder?
Pym pointed at the green animal. "What's that?"
no subject
"He's a chameleon," she said, as Pascal scampered down her arm to give the boy a closer look. "His name is Pascal."

"He found me. When I was little. He's been my friend my whole life!"
no subject
"Does that mean he came with you from home? Or did you find him here and you've been here a really really long time?"
no subject
"I've only been here a few months. What about you?"
no subject
Pym tentatively patted Pascal lightly on the head, curious about what his skin felt like. "So if this is Pascal, what's your name? I'm Pym!"
no subject
"It's nice to meet you, Pym! I'm Rapunzel."

"Hi," he said with a little wave, stopping nearby. "Welcome to the party! I think I've seen you around the network before, right? I'm Jack."
no subject
"It's nice to meet you. I'm Rapunzel." Her smile settled a bit more firmly once she was talking. She wanted to relax, it was just taking a little time.
no subject
"It's cooler, and there's not a ton of people down there yet either."
no subject
"But I do love dancing."
no subject
no subject
No, she wasn't going to think about that.
"Is it like the music that was at Prom?" That was her main introduction to modern music, really. That and Giselle's flash-dance. She liked some of it and didn't like others. You couldn't sing a lot of it, it was all talking and shouting, and she couldn't get behind that.

"Okay. I'll come listen, then. I can't stand here forever."

"Sorry," he managed, only grimacing a little. "He's usually much more well-behaved. I think he wanted to say hello to your friend."
no subject
"You stop that," she stated firmly to the dog, before looking up at his owner. "It's okay. But Pascal won't come out if he thinks he's going to get eaten."
no subject
"I promise, he's not dangerous. Nor would he harm another living creature."
no subject
She turned her attention back to the other two, and lowered hands enough that Digby could see Pascal, eye-to-eye. The Chameleon did not looked thrilled.
no subject
"Do you speak chameleon?" he asked very seriously.
no subject
"No, but I understand it." She paused. "Well, I understand Pascal. I don't know if I understand other chameleons, I've never really met one."
