It's the most wonderful time of the year. The sun is shining, the mosquitoes are biting, and it's time to think about what the hell you're doing to do with your life now that the summer is winding down. Which is probably why you've ended up at the City Hall sponsored First Semi-Annual Job Fair Spectacular.

The small park has been pretty much taken over by this event. Tables for each company/group that signed up are in rows with either a representative to speak with or a held down stack of promotional materials for any interested parties to pick up. Good luck, job hunters.

Of course I was educated, it simply had nothing to do with the collective block lectures you have here. And we probably didn't have mariachis. [ or she just didn't know about them which is very likely. ]

Bit more desert than country. The rolling plains were bloodstained dunes, the cattle the shambling undead that rose with the sun.

Though I suppose I did cultivate the greenery enough to consider it a potential farm.
