Thanks to Shirley's advertising, Calvin had been 'informed' about the Pie Hole by his 'good friend,' Nivlac. Now there was a little six-year-old boy sitting alone and unsupervised at a table with his nose barely poking above the tabletop. He was looking at the menu with wide and hungry eyes.

"I didn't know there were this many kinds of pie." He was already thinking of ways to order them all.

A tiny child alone and unsupervised within Shahrazad's immediate vicinity? Not anymore! She makes a beeline for the little boy. Hopefully his parents were somewhere nearby...

"It's because of our talented baker," Shahrazad explains as she comes up to his table.

Calvin looks up at the woman with the strange pink eyes. "Really? Is baking one of their superpowers?" He asks. Baking-related powers might not be cool in the traditional sense, but Calvin could easily see how they could be cool in the delicious sense.

[ Sark really wasn't entirely sure why he was here, apart from the fact that he'd been in the area, and a cup of coffee had sounded good. Not to mention the place provided a fairly good environment to hide inside of a booth while he tooled around on the network.

Which was all just a fancy way to say that he was bored. So surprising. ]

[Has some chocolate fudge cream pie - this is going to be the death of him but it is so worth it - when hey, he spots a buddy! Slides out of his chair he's claimed and goes over to her with a light grin.] This seat taken?

[ Julian does not often do the dessert thing, but...he's been kind of in a better mood lately and he'd been hoping Sofia might meet him here. He has a key lime cup pie that he's not paying a lot of attention to and keeps looking out of the window. ]

Teddy and Billy Datenight! Wednesday Aug 24

[While he had been angry with Billy upon his return, a night to cool off and a long conversation with Billy had helped patch things up. But it wasn't enough as far as the blond was concerned. He wanted to do something 'normal' with Billy. Something non-super and crazy. Just the two of them being a couple.

So he asked Billy out on a date. Which is why the blond is holding the door of the Pie Hole open for his boyfriend.]

[So Billy knows what he did wasn't exactly the smartest thing to have done and it was understandable that Teddy had been (and probably still was a little bit) upset but he's also glad that it didn't take very long to work it out. He never liked fighting with Teddy. It always put him in a bad mood and made him even more upset. But, well, that just showed that they really cared about each other, right? He could hear his mother's voice in the back of his head saying something about all couples fought but as long as they listened to each other and worked out their issues in healthy ways, then that was just the way things went.

Right now, Billy is glad to invest in something decidedly unhealthy - namely pie. He couldn't even begin to say how glad he was that Teddy hadn't been gone for long, that he'd come back, because even though being stuck in an alternate universe wasn't all sunshine, lollipops, and rainbows all the time, Teddy being there made it infinitely more better. He's happy to be going out on a simple date again.

Billy squeezes Teddy's arm in a silent thanks as he walks inside.] It is. I stopped by here once; everything is delicious.

Ysera stepped into The Pie Hole, the scent of freshly baked pastry filling her senses as she paused and glanced around through closed eyes. To all appearances, she might have been blind with how she kept her eyes closed. She was also very unusual in that she wore an outfit straight out of a medieval fantasy story, and was a green-haired elf with horns.

This was her first time here, but she had seen the shop in passing several times, and the patrons inside always imagined such delicious flavors. Today she'd decided to actually come inside and try the pie.

Her long, pointed ears twitched and flicked at sounds as she made her way over toward the counter.

Ned blinked a few times, but didn't hesitate to approach her. He had a giant turtle regular after all. He could handle this. Maybe. Popping out from the kitchen, he tilts his head.

"Please, have a seat. Can I get you c-coffee to start?"
