[Well that was embarrassing! Kenzi had, for a moment, forgot where she was and thought she was calling Bo. Instead she got Gil, talk about rude wake up to reality. She hung up quickly because she didn't want to explain she called because she thought she was calling Bo. God, she missed her best friend. Admitting it to people just made it hurt more.

At least that's over now, right? She won't have to explain anything.

She flops down on the couch with some chips and starts flipping through the channels. She just wants to find something boring to watch and fall asleep now.]

[She leads the way right to her bed and makes an attempt to pull him into with her when she flops down on it.]

You are-- hey! [ He stumbles a couple of steps and pulls in the opposite direction. ]

[And she goes down on the bed alone.]

You are what? [As if nothing happened.]

[ He pulls away fast after ensuring she's safely on the bed. ]

I mean-- I didn't know you were Russian. [ All he knows about that country is that it's huge and cold. ]

Da. Thought I, like, mentioned that before. [And full of evil old women that love to scare children with tales about Baba Yaga and other fairy tail horrors.]

You know too much drinking isn't good for your liver, yes? I've read about it in the newspaper.

It ain't rebelled yet. [She shifts around on the bed and grabs one of her pillows and cuddles it against her chest.] Y'know you don't have to clean up my mess.

You should take better care of yourself. Honestly... [ He sighs and finally unties his scarf. With all his winter gear on, he's burning in here fast. ] And who else will if you don't? I don't mind.

[wisecracked]

I'll get it in the morning. [Or Piccolo will pick it up if he's around.]

[ Another sigh. ]

How are you feeling? Do you need water?

[wisecracked]

[Kenzi goes silent for a few moments as if trying to decide if she wants water or not. After a bit she shrugs.]

If you want to get it. [As for how she's feeling, well she's not going to say. She feels like shit but it's not because of her drinking so much.]

[invoking]

[ He'll take that as a yes.

He disappears for about a minute and returns having taken off his coat, hat and shoes, and with a glass full of water that's not too cold and offers it to her. ] Can you even sit up? [ He's not going to baby her. ]

[Kenzi grumbles something in Russian that probably translates to "I'm not even that drunk" before sitting up.

She holds out a hand for the glass of water and takes a long drink from it once he hands it over.]

[ His shoulders sag with, again, a sigh. ]

Geez... I thought something had happened and rushed all the way here. I think I left the lights on...

Why would you think that? [She gives him a weird look.] I didn't make it sound like that. I...don't think. [She can't really remember what she said.]

Yes, you did! You've drank too much to even realize it!

[wisecracked]

Whatevs. I'm obviously fine. [She downs the rest of the water and sets the empty class on her nightstand.]

Guess you're gonna go now?

[invoking]

[ He takes out his communicator to look at the time display and then shakes his head. ]

I guess if your roommate doesn't come back for a while, I'll stay here. [ Drunks sometimes end up with headaches or vomiting and he doesn't want to leave her to stumble around for the toilet.

Or worse, sneak off for more vodka. ]

[In that case, Kenzi flops over on the bed and gives him a pathetic look.]

[ He doesn't lay in bed with random women, even if random women are actually friends of his. ]
